Me gusta cómo cambiaron el menú del desayuno cada día. Muchos hoteles tienen la misma comida cada día. Esto es muchoejor que lo normal. El lugar bien central, cerca a la playa es algo bien atractivo para este hotel.
Buen hotel familiar
Se veian muchas familias, por lo que creo es más familiar que de negocios, sin embargo es un muy buen hotel para quedarse. Está en plena avenida Flagler, cerca de la playa y muchas alternativas de restaurantes a walking distance del hotel.

Excelente experiencia. Pese a no estar sobre la playa su ubicacion es muy Buena, en la calle principal y cerca de todo. El desayuno mantiene la calidad de otros Hampton Inns en los que he estado. Muy bueno

muy comodo, muy limpio, y todo en excelente estado, el hotel es una excelente opcion, para caminar a la avenida principal de new smyrna beach sin tener que manejar,,,, el desayuno esta bien, no es amplio pero esta muy rico todo, las habitaciones estan limpias el baño impecable, y la calidad de descanso perfecto... vale al pena es una muy buena opcion...
Underwhelming.
As Diamond members based on stays, we have a good basis of comparison between Hilton properties (as well as non-Hilton). This Hampton was a bit of a disappointment. 1) Hotel was clean, and staff were mostly very nice. 2) Mask wearing. Mask compliance is lacking. I saw a housekeeper with no mask in sight. Often you'd see front desk staff members with their nose uncovered or just wearing it on their chin like chin diaper. Non-compliance amongst guests goes unchallenged. Unmasked customers talk to receptionists with the "masks required" sign just inches in front of their faces. That's very telling that their most customer-facing front desk staff don't take it seriously. 3) Breakfast. I get the feeling COVID is being used as an excuse to cut corners. The only drinks available are water and coffee. No juice, no milk, so there isn't even cereal available. Just yogurt , oranges, oatmeal, and packaged muffins. and bagels. We had a recent stay at different Hilton property in FL where even though there were COVID cutbacks, there was still a lot more available, like packaged microwaveable eggs, omelets, and sandwiches and juices, milk, and more. At first I didn't know water was included, so I went to the desk to let them know I got some waters to add them to my room tab. The guy at the desk just said, "I got you," without telling me they were included in the breakfast. You wouldn't know because they are kept inside the for-purchase snack shop, separate and away from the grab and go breakfast table. I can only guess that it is intentional to deter people from getting even WATER at breakfast! 4) No in-room refrigerators or microwaves. Only some of the rooms are equipped with fridges and they won't just bring one to the room. We were told you have to specifically get a room with a fridge even though the ones I saw in an open room were very small and easily portable. 5) When you're on hold with them on the phone, they have a recording that says there is hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee. Neither is true, due to COVID, they say. We've been living the COVID life for a year now, you'd think they would update the recording. Again, it seems to me they are using COVID as an excuse to cut corners, as there is no 24-hour coffee in the lobby. It gets taken away late morning. There is no logical reason to take away coffee due to COVID, especially when it seems a simple thing as mask wearing isn't taken seriously at this property. 6) There is no room safe, at least not in our room. 7) Location is pretty good. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and you pass by many restaurants and little shops along the way. Pharmacies and Publix are just a few minutes car drive away. 8) Laundry room is available for you to do your own laundry. Overall, the hotel staff were very nice, but the amenities are lacking. This stay was underwhelming to the point that we didn't hesitate to leave a day early.
