Had such a brilliant time at the Lotte New York Palace for our honeymoon. We stayed over Christmas and it was wonderful. The staff were all so helpful & the hotel was beautiful. The room was huge & great views of Manhattan! Everything was just perfect - and the location was superb - right in the middle of Mid Town!! Can’t wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff at the Lotte New York Palace - we will be back soon!!!
towers are great; rooms are huge
first time stay in the hotel. what a nice surprise. it was even better than expected. the tower are great. the room (house?) was ridiculously expansive! everything from champagne waiting before going out to dinner to the attentiveness at all levels were awesome. stay here!
Great Service, Nice Rooms, Perfect Location! We went as a family and it was perfect. The concierge helped with great dinner suggestions also. Champagne upon arrival for the Towers!!!! Very special trip!
The Lotte Palace is amazing simply because of its staff!
We've stayed here before and it's absolutely gorgeous! The rooms have been very comfortable and cleaned every day. The staff which is always available everywhere you turn is always knowledgable and helpful. Hailing a taxi os no problem with the doormen assisting you. In particular, their Guest Experience Coordinator, Bella Estrella is a dream. She made our previous stay magical for my daughters and when we booked our stay for this past February I made sure to contact her again! I HIGHLY recommend to anyone staying at the Palace to get in touch with her asap to plan their perfect vacation.
I had the best room ever on the 33rd floor facing Saint Patricks for 4 nights starting March 11. I was welcomed by George at the entry and already felt pampered. I attended a wonderful show at Feinsteins with Andy Cohen and John Hill. And then Covid-19. It took away my reservations for Chicago and Diana. My daughters who live in the city, said we were flying home to Fort Lauderdale March 12 at 8:30 pm. I left my beautiful room unattended and went home without seeing the shows or eating at all the restaurants we had made dinner plans for. But my biggest regret is that I didn't tip every single person who works there. This is a beautiful family of devoted and loving people. I wish you all well and can't wait to make another week long reservation and leave lots of generous tips.
