At all cost if you want a relaxing, non-hazardous getaway, I would skip over this hotel. There are no covid protocols in place, the elevators are either slow or no working. Staff and guests aren’t wearing mask where they are supposed to, they really need to be visited by government health departments, then maybe they may take their guests health into consideration.
The rooms are small and musty smelling, the beds are lumpy. This by no means should be a category 6 hotel on bonvoy. Maybe a category 1 will be more suitable. And management doesn’t take any of these concerns at all into consideration for anything. So save your self $450 for a night’s stay, you can thank me later.

The room was not what my confirmation said, though it was in the same ballpark price-wise. The spa tub was lovely and the bed exceedingly comfortable-slept like a log. But the write-up said newly renovated --ceiling had an old patch and the city view was not as shown in pic of the city room. Still it was good value for the money but be aware parking may cost you half the price of the room depending on your option.

We are a group of 4 couples supporting local tourism in Niagara Falls. The hotel room is spacious and clean though the bathroom is a bit dated.
I gave it 3 stars because their customer service really needs some major improvement.
One of my friends, on check out told the staff at the main counter that there was a thumping noise in the room. He called customer service in the middle of the night but nothing was done. No one called him back and the noise continued into the morning. The staff told him that “there’s nothing she could do “. My friend was angry because the staff thought he wanted a discount or refund.
When I checked out, I settled the charges and got the statement from the front desk. Then at the very last moment I told the staff that my the shower curtain smelled and the bath tub didn’t drain properly. The staff said “ there’s nothing he could do”.
At that moment I understood why my friend was so mad. The customer just wants to be heard, I don’t want money back as I already settled the bill. I just don’t want another customer to get a smelly shower curtain. I understand I am staying at Four Points not the Four Seasons.
Four points staff really needs a course on managing customers comments (not complain). They could simply say “I am so sorry that happened. I will definitely ask room service to look into it. Thank you for letting me know”.

I have to say the Staff at The Four Points really made my stay.
From the outset (given the challenges I first encountered with the room etc (given my mobility challenges).
Even though there was not much to access around the hotel (for someone with Accessibility challenges).
- Manolo, Ken, Ed, and All the Valet Parking Gents,
- Isabella and your Front Desk Staff,
- Brian in Maintenance who heard me say to myself I forgot ice and took it upon himself to grab me a bucket and drop it by my room,
Nice place but very rude lady at the front desk

Me and my boyfriend decided to stay here for a 2 day trip. The valets were very nice and very helpful. On the other hand the lady at the front desk was very rude. I’m not sure if it was because we are younger looking or what but she was very disrespectful and seemed annoyed before I even started talking. They did charge us with a 50$ service fee which she refused to explain and pretty much just shooed us away. On the other hand the ladies at the IHOP were very sweet and Louella at the front desk was amazingly helpful. The rooms were very nice (just missing a fridge) and the spot is just perfect. The disrespectfulness and rudeness of the lady at the front desk is the only really big downside to this place and it’s sad she started our trip off to a bad start all because she judged how young we look rather then treating us like the older couple before us in line.
