This is my first time at this Ramada and first since Pandemic. My girlfriend and I decided to take a weekend off and spend it in Niagara Falls. It’s pretty quiet throughout which is not a bad thing. We checked in around 3pm and I was greeted with a smile. Hand sanitizers at the front desk. The pool, games room etc. are closed which was expected. We checked into our room and walked around the Falls and Cliffton Hills. After that we brought dinner back to the hotel room around 8pm. We had the volume up on the TV so we did not hear the noise until we decided to go to bed. We were in room #606 and it was beside the elevator. We couldn't sleep because you can hear the elevator moving and loud. I called the front desk around midnight and complain about the noise from the elevator. The front desk night supervisor was very helpful and moved me to another room on the same floor which is very convenient. From room 606 to 603 (across the hall). Why didn't the engineers insulate the rooms near the elevators? My girlfriend and I ended up from a King size bed to 2 double beds. Not a happy customer. They didn't tell me the room was smaller in #606 compared to room #603. Room #606 have no desk, and chair, no coffee maker, or ice bucket. I guessed this is why the room is cheaper at this Ramada. Note: Do not stay in room #206, #306, #406, #506, #606 and #706 (They are all located by the elevators).

I stayed assigned room #606 and it was beside the elevator. I couldn't sleep because you can hear the elevator moving and loud. (stay away from #206, 306,406,506,606,and 706). I had to call the front desk and they moved us to another room at 11pm. Why didn't the engineers insulate the rooms near the elevators? My girlfriend and I ended up from a King size bed to 2 double beds. They didn't tell me the room was smaller (#606) than a regular room (#603). No desk and chair, no coffee maker, or ice bucket. The front desk (Night supervisor) was very helpful and moved me to another room on the same floor which is very convenient. (From room 606 to 603.). There is another Ramada around the corner from this one, more convenient to Fallsview Casino and The Falls. The location at Ferry street is convenient if you want Dominios pizza, it's right across the street. Lots of restaurants, grocery store, Dollar store along the street.
Great property Tag is misleading as its nowhere near the falls or has any view. Still Recommended
Its a nice hotel in fact better than the other ramada which is slightly on main road but both property have no view of the falls. This property has better rooms and is almost always priced lower than the other one so I recommend booking this one instead. Rooms are clean and staff was super friendly. Highly Recommended.
In town for hockey 3 on 3 tournament perfect for access to Gale arena , only 5 minutes up Stanley street , lots of local take out , Domino's across the street , Wings and Pizza place next to Domino's , wings were good! MacDonalds on Stanley , 2 Tim Hortons on |Stanley on the way to Gale arena.Room was cleaned before we returned at 11:50 am , hotel really looked after our group well.
nice hotel, checking were quick, rooms were nice and clean, everything was good except mattress, i could not sleep because mattress were not in good condition, i think all hotels need to change mattress from spring mattress to foam mattress
