Stayed two nights over Labor Day weekend. Overall hotel has everything you need. Good location, excellent fitness center and comfortable beds. Great service by entire staff but special shout out to Ms. MIMI..went out of her way to help us out…will return just based on the hospitality.

I stayed here on August 22st for 1 night and paid $477.34 and the shower walls were failing in and it was mold on the shower walls.
The front desk refunded $150.00
The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the front desk was also great. Room could have been alot better. I thought Sheraton hotels were upscale but I guess this room wasn't.
Friday Night at Waterside

We decided to explore Norfolk, VA on our way to the Outer Banks. This hotel offered everything we needed and more for a great stay. The hotel is directly on the harbor. The hotel was very clean and had a friendly staff. We were able to check in right away to our city view 2 queen bed room. The room was extremely clean, beds were comfy, small fridge and a city view were included. My teenagers loved the lobby area, with plenty of space to hang out and watch TV or play on their devices. The outdoor pool was clean and beautiful with a view of the harbor ships, plenty of pool towels included as well. Their was evening reception with free champagne (bonus!). We were a 10 minute walk away from the Nauticus Museum and Battleship Wisconsin. The hotel's restaurant had delicious food, friendly service, and mixed me a nice Long Island Ice Tea.
This is a great place to stop on the way to the Outer Banks. Just a five minute drive to and from the highway. We will stay again.
Convenient location to stay

Due to continuing COVID restrictions, “stay over” guests do not get housekeeping services. We did not see this notice when checking in. My wife used both coffee servings the first morning. When we returned to our room after breakfast and found the room unmade we found the notice about “stay over” guests. I went down to the front desk and they gladly gave me four coffee servings for the rest of our stay. I didn’t think about cups since I didn’t use one but we were able to get cups and creamer in the lobby. We decided to get cocktails at the hotel bar and were pleased to find that the bartender poured an honest drink. The hotel is conveniently located on the Elizabeth River waterfront close to all of the waterside attractions and downtown and everything is easily walkable. Parking is located in the building next to the hotel for $13 per day with in and out privileges.
Eclectic restaurant with hostess with the mostest

My company uses this Sheraton hotel in Norfolk, VA for overnight stays. Generally speaking, the entire front office staff was very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my TV, reported it to the staff at front desk, went for breakfast and when I went back upstairs, the TV was fixed.
However, the morning I left, I had breakfast at the hotels restaurant called “Eclictic”. They have a great breakfast buffet for I believe $15.99 plus taxes. With the buffet, which comes with breads, croissants, Mullins, butter, jam, cream cheese, cereals, yogurts, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, grits, you also can order a freshly made omelet with what ever you’d like in it , fried eggs and even pancakes.
I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Mimi, the restaurant hostess, who was super nice, super helpful and extremely professional and Her restaurant staff is the same. I told her it was my first time in Norfolk and she immediately sat me in a table right by the window facing the waterfront with a nice view.
When I left, she did engage in a conversation with me. She is definitely a great asset to your hotel. Please command her with any rewards that Sheraton might have for their employees. Will go back for sure.
THANK YOU MIMI!!
