Got to location ice machine was out of order.
Got in room toe nails in carpet.
Went to check out no breakfast.
Front desk said they couldn’t give me a receipt at checkout because the printer had no ink.
Girl said she’d email me a receipt so I left and never received it.
Called next day another girl said she didn’t know how to send one. Called for 2 hours before someone answered phone. Finally got someone capable of emailing. Stayed at a lot of Laquinta’s for work and never had girls show such lack of respect and contempt for doing their jobs.

Cost not bad, but the front desk staff is not welcoming. She act as if we were bothering her when we checked in and no one came to assist when checking out. Don't be surprised if you have to clean your room...dirty towel and small piece of paper littering the floor. Cleaning service were nice.

It was nice and clean and staff was friendly but there was no breakfast of any kind. We were told there would be rolls, muffins and coffee but there was only coffee. We had to make several calls to quiet the people in the next room who had their tv blasting until 2:00 in the morning. We had 2 nights of not much sleep.

I had a two night stay, Fri and Sat, but decided last minute to make it a one night stay. I called 3 times on Fri to make sure they kept my reservation, no answer. They pick up the phone, then hang up on you. Twice on my two hour drive there, I called, and no one ever answered the phone. I arrive, the receptionist has to get out of her car which is parked out front, so she can walk behind the counter with no mask to help me. She says that I was a no show, so they cancelled my booking and can’t book another room for me. She asked if I called, and I said, 3 times yesterday, and twice today. She said, oh, our phones don’t work, as I sit there listening to them ring off the hook. She said that I need to call the number for the website that booked my room to get a refund and see if they can get me another room there for tonight. Check in is at 3:00, so that doesn’t help. The best part was when I brought up my pet deposit. She said, it’s $50, cash only. Like I’m going to give $50 cash to the employee who works from her car and doesn’t answer the phone. All of the local hotels are booked because of a softball tournament, so I’m stuck trying to find another pet friendly hotel at the last minute due to no fault of my own. All I can say is wow!

do not come here. Staff seemed annoyed at our presence. Refused to wear masks desoite making guests. Matresses had two stain, of what i could only imagine were feces or blood. Overall a horrible stay.
