Me gustó el Hotel, moderno, bastante atrevido en la decoración (nada convencional). Lo más importante fue la habitación, grande, limpia y con buena vista. Cero ruido. Un baño impecable. Es posible que a algunas personas no les guste la decoración de las paredes (tienen como unas calaveras de diseño) pero en realidad la energia es fantastica. La cama es comodisima y dormí súper bien. La atención del hotel es muy buena. Pedí unos paquetes por Amazon y llegaron sin problema. El desayuno, bastante bueno.

Buena ubicación fuera del ruidoso French Quarter. La atención del personal fue magnifica, nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos y recomendaron lugares para visitar en la ciudad. La decoración muy divertida.

Estuvimos por 4 días en este hotel y todo fue maravilloso. Desde el servicio hasta la decoración! Todos fueron muy amables, y siendo nuestra primera vez en NOLA pues nos ayudaron con todo lo q necesitamos. Volvería cien veces más!!! Me encantó!

We wanted to experience NOLA , so we stayed at this hotel to be close and within walking distance to some of the best sites. The lobby was great as we walked in to this hotel and the staff was ok. So we got into the room and noticed the sheets were stained and something was already in the refrigerator and it wasn't our. We connected the front desk and she asked if we wanted to move. But we had a lot of luggage , so we asked if someone could come and change the entire bed and also clean the refrigerator out because we would've had to wait for another room. She called back to the room to make sure everything was done and we asked her about good food for delivery for later. She recommended a few places, so we took her recommendations and left out for the day. Once we arrived back to the hotel we didn't want to go back out for dinner, so we contacted one of the restaurant the lady at the desk recommended. When they came to the hotel we had to meet them in the lobby to receive our food , the hotel wouldn't allow them to come up. So we went downstairs to get our food and the desk agent there this time was very rude. He said someone should've told us we had to come down before we ordered. So we just said ok, I went back up to our room. So this hotel needs to better train the cleaning staff and also the desk staff cause the gentleman at nights is rude. I want be staying here again because I like my rooms clean when I check in.
King bed is not king, inattentive service

King room not king-sized bed. No cleaning service during stay. Dimly lit.
The room was large and comfortable, but "King" room is misleading. It is not a king size bed. We asked if we were given the wrong room but apparently that is just what they "consider a king"--a couple of inches bigger than a queen.
The room is also very poorly lit. There is no overhead lighting, just one floor lamp and two sconces for a large space.
Due to COVID, maid service only happens every three days "unless requested." We requested service two days in a row, but never got it, so our room was never serviced during a four-night stay. This seems like a lazy, cost-cutting maneuver and poor attention to guests.
As others have mentioned, the valet parking is off site and you must call or text to have your car ready in approx. 15 minutes. We texted, were told the valets would get the car and it would be ready in 15. We waited the 15 minutes before going to the front, and they'd forgotten our car. We had to wait a total of 35 minutes to get our car. Luckily we did not have a time sensitive reservation to get to.
All in all, this was a disappointing stay and we won't return or recommend.
