Do not stay here!!!!!
Aweful place. Do not stay here! Facilities were a complete dump and staff do not seem to care nor does Wyndham as they have not responded to my complaint. We were put into the wrong type of room (pet) and it reeked. The breakfast is a joke. There was trash all over the grounds. The room wasn’t even ready at 3 pm as they said they were behind and at full capacity which was a complete lie. Save your money and spend a little more to have a habitable stay at a better hotel. This place should be torn down.
Building falling apart
Took 2 days to replace TV that didn’t work Never replace alarm clock that didn’t work, Building is falling apart , rain gutters coming off , trash all over parking lot, you can not drive through parking lot with out hitting a couple of pot holes
Filthy Dump in Sketchy Area - If That Fits Your Budget, You Have Arrived at Your Destination!
Overpriced at the low price advertised. I personally would not stay again. The upside: If you are desperate, our experience was that the bed was clean and comfortable... and we didn't see bugs. TV worked just fine. The room fridge was clean. Looks like some attempt is being made to update. Hotel lobby looked like it had been recently updated. Coffee in lobby was nice. Front desk staff attentive and personable. .No issues with exchange of money or room deposit refund. Location is convenient right off I-75. Plenty of fast food within walking distance...McD's and Wendys right across street. Dunkin Donuts in front of hotel on streetside. The downside: Microwave was dirty. The room was dirty, furniture old and battered, upholstered chairs stained and filthy. Looks like some attempt is being made to update. Room had new sink and vanity, but ceramic was stained and shower faucets were broken. Old tile and dirty grout. Paint peeling, curtains hanging crooked, light switches black with long term dirt. We did not use shower. We did not eat on property. We came, we slept, we left. See pics. Other: If you pay cash, they require a $50 refundable deposit to check in. Pool looked decent but too cold to swim. There is one wing of a motel-style building that is operating as active rooms. The property itself is huge, with many old dilapidated four story buildings that had rooms in them at one time....but now they are mostly crumbling to dust and looks like vagrants are living there. On property.
What a mess!
This hotel looks nothing like the photos on the website! Wyndham properties should be ashamed of this place. Stayed on 2nd floor. The staircase (outdoor) was in need of a thorough power washing. The door to the room has its molding on the bottom hanging part way off. It’s obvious the room hasn’t been used in a while, and not cleaned thoroughly as the toilet bowl had a dirty ring in it. The bathtub looks like it was spray painted and is horribly dirty. The carpet is actually sticky in areas. And look at that bed! The coverlet is not even centered on the bed and there is no bed ruffle. The inside of the door to the bathroom is disgusting and there is a huge paint chip on the wall near the hair dryer! The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, but that cannot make up for this mess.
Will never go back!
I don’t know where they got the pictures for their website but it sure wasn’t from the same hotel I stayed at. This place was disgusting. Dirty and dingy. Toilet tank was loose and rocking. Chunk taken out of bathroom door frame. Door to room wouldn’t hardly shut, had to slam it and put your weight behind it. Bath tub looked like they had painted it and was peeling. Paint splatter all over bathroom vanity. Just an all around bad place.
