The room and common areas were very clean. The comfortable bed was comfortable. Desk staff not very interactive with guests. A good morning or greeting goes a long way. Great value for a clean, comfortable place to stay!

Great location, we checked in with the app and use the electronic key on my phone. It worked perfectly, really like this option. The hotel was perfect for going to my nephews game right down the street!

We stayed in this hotel for a few nights. It was nicely located - near enough to stores to be convenient but far enough away that traffic sounds were not an issue. I really appreciated the quietness of this hotel. The bed was hard compared to all the other Hampton Inns that we've stayed in. The room was clean. It had a good blackout shade on the window. All the appliances worked. The staff was friendly. The dining room, halls, and entryway were colorfully decorated. We enjoyed our stay here.

My son and his wife just had twins,so we traveled to mustang from Colorado. Larry Bell the general manager is truly worth his weight in gold. Felt as if we had known him for years. Give the man a raise you got a keeper there. When good help is so hard to find.
Treated disrespectfully-Denied access to company paid room

Treated with disrespect, asked to leave. Front desk agent "Gala" would not tell me the room number my contractor was in. My company is a Hilton Honers member & holds Diamond status of Hampton Inn. I have NEVER been denied the room number of my contractor at ANY Hampton property, once the front desk agent confirms both rooms paid under the same account. We travel as a pair all over SW United States, and have never been treated with such contempt. Mr. Patel, if you are reading this I suggest "Gala" be fired. Her rudeness was uncalled-for. I have stayed at this property before and had a great visit. NOT THIS TIME. My contractor had his cell phone turned off and would not answer his room phone when the agent tried to ring. (I delt with him in private, to be assured). He may have died for all I know, and I was late to a client meeting-because "Gala" would not tell me his room number. She told me "you can check out if you like". She is VERY lucky I bit my tongue. Very lucky. It will be highly unlikely I stay at any more Hampton Inn's because of this experience. Hilton Hotels will be made aware.
