Pizza man not good

Hotel is great front desk staff great and polite barman can be sleezy but if you ignore they go away. Pizza man always asks for you social media and then asks for money to help clear his family debt. Food in restaurant was good nightlife and beach amazing and the paragliding is a sight of amazement
The hotel is very unpleasant

First of all, there is hardly any WiFi, which is frustrating. It almost never works in the room and hardly does in the lobby - and only in the only spot of it where all the poor guests crowd to get some connection. Talking to the reception doesn’t help.
The staff at the reception almost never help. They hardly speak English, can’t solve any problem. Overall the staff are annoyed, tired and unfriendly and seem to hate the guests.
The room cleaning almost doesn’t exist. We stayed a week and it happened only once, although it’s hard to call it cleaning - they just made the bed and folded our wet and dirty towels back in place. The floor stayed sandy, the dirty dishes were where we left them. Hanging the ‘clean the room’ sign never helped, talking to the reception neither. We had to take the toilet paper from the cleaning cart ourselves. People from all the rooms took their dirty dishes out to the hallway but nobody threw it away and it just piled there dirty for days - outrageous.
The hot water in the shower was available only in the evening and hardly in the afternoon - and never in the morning. No toiletries in the room, no slippers or bathrobes, nor beach towels as such.
The food was mostly terrible. Every day almost the same. At breakfast there is a huge line waiting for the omelettes (only one person cooking them) because omelette was the only thing good to eat during breakfast. Poor variety of vegetables, terrible paper-tasting sausages and watermelon for desert. Coffee is disgusting - it’s made of powder and the cream for it is powder too. Ant there is only one coffee machine that’s making it and it keeps breaking all the time causing people to crowd in a huge line. Very often there are no forks or knives, the cups and made of cheap plastic, the tables are dirty and overall the so called restaurant is more like a rundown canteen. Very unpleasant. Dinners are the same - you rarely get gilled food (chicken or fish), and if you do you have to stand in line for 40 minutes to get it. Very often meat is terrible. Wine in disgusting too - as well as beer, but that’s always the case in such hotels. No air conditioning in the canteen - and dozens of WASPS crowding around the plates at each table on the terrace in the evening! There were not enough tables at the canteen so you have to wait to get one - or sit in the hottest sun.
All drinks after 11pm are not free anymore - even WATER.
Overall it’s a very unsatisfactory hotel. The staff, the services and the attitude are below any reasonable expectations. Would never ever come back here and never recommend it.
Great location, shame about the entertainment.

Our first family holiday to Turkey and was not disappointed with beautiful Oludeniz.
The Marcan Beach hotel is a fairly small all inclusive hotel, only a few minutes walk from the beach. We arrived at 3am very hungry & thirsty, we were shown to our room which was boiling hot but did have a fridge with two bottles of water. Note that the Air-con needs to be set at 28 to get the coolest temp.
The food is pretty average, plenty on offer but we did tend to eat salad and chips every evening. However, the best thing we’re the freshly cooked pizzas every afternoon made by Mustafer, they were delicious!
The bar was pretty rubbish, one type of beer and a few spirits on offer...most were on the top shelf and we had to pay if we wanted those.
The pool area is nice though and the place is spotlessly clean, our little cleaning lady cleaned the room daily and always left plenty of fresh towels.
Unfortunately, the worst part was the entertainment...there was one guy, Emre. If you like ‘Sweet Caroline & Take me home country road’ you’ll enjoy it, it’s played over & over, every single day. He organised two games of water polo & bingo the whole time we were there. We actually won a game of bingo, he promised us perfume, a handbag, a family photoshoot with 2 printed photographs, free cocktails & a taxi to a local club with 6 free shots! He turned up a week later on the day we were leaving, and gave us a tatty dirty bag & turned up with a photographer who had to take a picture of us in the pool because all we had was our swimsuits and travelling clothes. He did email me 2 pics though. Other tourists said it wasn’t unusual, he kept the winnings to fund his own nights out. I know they don’t earn a lot and we did tip everyone who deserved it. I’d like to mention Hakan, the receptionist, he was always very friendly and chatty.
They did cut our all inclusive bands off when handing the key in, we were not allowed to eat or drink at the Marcan the whole last day and weren’t getting collected until 9pm. They did try to charge me £25 per person to keep the bands until 5pm which would have equalled £75 for 3 pizzas & a couple of glasses of pop, I was disgusted at that. I was with my two children, and had a 8 day holiday but only 6 days all inclusive.
Great bars and shops on the strip, lovely beach and plenty to do. I would definitely return to Oludeniz but maybe try a hotel that has entertainment.
Stayed here june from recommendation from friends
