Convenient location but kind of pricy for a Motel 6.
Opinión escrita el 5 de Junio de 2021
We stayed here as a convenient location to Los Angeles and Big Bear Lake.
Check in guy was friendly. We were required to give a $50 deposit (which I think they return to your cc after you check out and your room is inspected). I don't think I've had this but one other time. We were told we could borrow the luggage cart but would need to leave our cc or driver's license as collateral.
Walking into our room there was kind of a bad odor combined with another odor that my son insisted was marijuana (an odor that I continued to smell on and off during our stay).
The room was very spacious and turned out to be a 2 bedroom suite and each room had a queen or king bed and a large flat screen tv. There was a large closet in one of the bedrooms. Fridge and small microwave along with a little table in the "kitchen" area.
The a/c was kind of loud and made it difficult to hear the tv unless that was turned up loudly. To access the bathroom you need to walk into the 2nd bedroom which was a bit awkward (we were traveling with another adult). Making it more awkward was the fact that the bathroom door would not close all the way and would definitely not lock.
There is a Wendy's, Denny's and In-and-Out all within a short walking distance. A couple of gas stations also within walking distance. Starbucks just a hop, skip and a jump away.
Location is about 1.5 hrs from Big Bear Lake and El Matador Beach in Malibu is about 2 hrs away (well that would be in ideal circumstances).

Stayed at this motel on the 2nd leg of a road trip from San Francisco. I liked that it was cheap and close to a breakfast place I like in Ontario. Unfortunately, choosing this place was a mistake for a variety of reasons. First, the motel had no shampoo, only soap, and, of course, this was the one time I neglected to bring shampoo just in case. Second, the plug for the shower was jammed in tight, and so no water drained from the tub. Third, the toilet flapper in the tank refused to seal, and so we had loud toilet noises all night long. Finally, the bed was small and uncomfortable and neither of us slept well. The only good thing I can say about this place is that it is located fairly well in Ontario -- not far from the airport and good restaurants.
Mix of worn and new amenites, friendly staff, good bargain

The bathroom looked like it had been recently renovated and it was very nice. The room itself was small, but we only paid $70, so it was a good deal. The outside of the motel looks like it could use a good coat of paint, but it didn't really affect my stay. Nice pool and hot tub, although the pool could stand to be cleaned more often. The staff were very helpful and prompt with all of our needs. The neighborhood seemed safe. Very little going on. Mostly just other motels around. I'd stay here again because it is a bargain, it seemed safe and clean, and the staff were very helpful.

We stayed here for other hotel sold out . I was showed a room and upon check in gave us different room. Front desk is a bit rude late at night.
They charge us a large amount, I would understand because everything is sold out but at least have friendly staff. Room was not remodel no towels and smell of smoke. They clearly told me nonsmoking. Housekeeper rude didn't quite get name all the way she said it fast ,glad something
Landscaping looks ok.

Do NOT do business with this hotel. We have a contract and they owe us $1200 from a group stay over a year ago. They refuse to pay, and won't even return our calls. Nobody taking any responsibility for their obligations. Terrible management.
