Consistently Great Service
The Paramount has become our hotel of choice for Portland over the past 15 years. The location is ideal for downtown activities yet convenient to our family and friends living outside the city. The rooms are well appointed and spacious and the staff and service have always been incredibly accommodating.

Nice hotel, amazing staff
The Paramount was great from the start. Not only did we book the room for a very reasonable price, but the staff gave us a free upgrade to a park view room upon check in. They were extremely friendly and helpful in troubleshooting little hiccups with things like connecting our child's Chromebook to wifi. They were also responsive and quick in helping us locate a missing item we left behind. We also noticed that they were consistently using their downtime to clean and sanitize the lobby and other public areas. Because of the quality of service, this is now our go-to hotel in Portland.

Amazing service team, gorgeous hotel, beautiful views and location. The room was fairly priced, clean and comfortable. We loved this hotel and had a great time. I highly recommend staying here when in Portland!
Definitely a favorite in the Pdx area!
Incredibly clean and classy hotel in the ideal location! Customer service is top notch every time I stay here. Restaurant and bar on site are delicious and available for room service. Shops, restaurants, parks are just outside your door. Parking garage half a block away is so convenient.
