Quick Get A Way
A much needed time off work from all that happened in 2020. The hotel room I stayed in overlooked the very colorful and playful pool area. The room had very nice upgraded finishes in the 3rd building. Franklin at the front desk greeted me kindly and took great care in explaining my stay here at the resort. I would recommend Avanti Resort for the nice rooms and convenient location to walkable restaurants and activities.
Never disappointed
This is my 3rd or 4th time here. We keep loving this place. Love the staff, cleanliness and the amazing pool. This time we tried the superior king with jacussi, the best of the best. Thanks a lot for the staff who took care of our stay, Luis, Maria, engineering team, they all did an amazing job. Kudos all around, see you soon.
Excellent staff!
The location is perfect. The room was huge and pretty clean. We stayed in a premium king suite. Franklin the front office manager checked us in and did an amazing job. We loved it so much we decided to extend our stay. Deng, another front office staff member helped us quickly and efficiently. They were awesome and truly cared, especially in these trying times. We need more people like Franklin and Deng in hospitality!

Franklin gave us excellent customer service! He was supper attentive and was so kind and understanding. Very grateful! He was very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door! He was also very informative!
Get away
Hotel is in a great location walking distance to everything icon park many restaurants. The hotel even offers shuttle service to and from theme parks. Check in was nice and smooth as well as check out. Brooke at the front desk was fantastic
