Updates needed and a serious ant problem

Checking in was fine and easy. But then everything went downhill. The rooms need some serious updating. Dents in the walls that are patched up pretty poorly, stains on carpets sofa and pillowcases. Toilets that don’t work right, tub faucets that leak and run all the time, dirty utensils. Closet doors that are broken. To top it all off a serious ant issue in our room and also downstairs near all of the food! I had to switch rooms because there were ants on the bed and in the drawer with my clothes. When we were switched to a higher floor and on the other side of hotel, we still found a few ants in the kitchen area. So frustrating and gross. We stopped going down to breakfast because we saw ants all over down there too.
I’ll never stay here again.

Easy and fast check in check out delicious breakfast but poor service housekeeping and poor communication Between departments and guestrooms are you ask them to send me shampoo and conditioner never received it

It was awful. No cleaning service available. Room was dirty. Poop stains on the toilet. Hair in the tub. No sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. When we called the front desk (8:30 PM) we were told nothing could be done and that we had to wait for the manager to arrive at 9:30 AM the next day.

The suite was amazing! I love how the two rooms were divided by the living room and with its individual bathroom. The staff was great willing to help you with anything you needed. The hotel is located in a good location close to many attractions.

This is the WORST hotel AND Hilton experience I have ever had. This coming from a wife of a Diamond Hilton Guest because my husband travels a lot and Hilton is always his preference. We (husband, two kids, and I) arrived last night and noticed the hotel is very dated. From the elevators to the security boxes in each room. Everything needs a lot of updating. But the worst came when we used the bathroom. The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned and it had poop stains. I had to clean it myself, so my kids would not see it. I called the front desk to let them know and ask for a proper cleaning. The lady apologized and assured me this morning someone would come to my room to clean it. Before we left the hotel for the day, again, we mentioned the incident to the front desk, and once again the lady assured us someone would clean our room. We came back at 9:00 pm and the room was exactly like we had left it. When I called the front desk, the man on the phone did not even apologized. He said I had to talk to Jose tomorrow. I asked him if no one was at the hotel right now whom I could talk to about what happened yesterday with the toilet bowl, and he said "no, sorry, it is only me tonight". He showed absolutely no shame, nor willingness to solve the problem. ZERO costumer service skills. By the way, they had informed us that regularly no one cleans the rooms, unless you stay for over 5 nights. Are these the cleaning standards of this place? So before 5 nights your room is considered to be clean. Covid is not an excuse anymore. People here act as if there was no covid, so I do not understand why don't they pay their cleaning staff to keep SOME kind of quality standard. Never coming here again.
