Good size car park, hotel was very organised with covid measures clear and precise. Room was clean, tidy and quiet during the night. Decent pub attached. Staff were all friendly. You can’t really go wrong with a night here.
Very comfortable overnight stay
Staff were all excellent, so helpful, well trained in dealing with the Covid crisis. Breakfast well organized and staff so helpful and attentive to all our requirements. Food was really good. Room very clean Felt extremely safe
Hotel was well organised with clear signage. Room was clean and well furnished. Bed was comfy, as always in Premier Inns, the pillows could have been a little softer but that is a personal choice. Car parking was plentiful.
Not the best Premier we had stayed in. The room smelt musty and damp and the bedding felt cold and damp. We didnt arrive til later in the evening and just wanted to get to sleep. But when entered to room it had a real damp smell and the bedding seemed damp . It was like it hadn't been freshly cleaned.
We visited Didcot Premier Inn in September 2020. The first thing that I want to say is that all of the staff there were absolutely fantastic. They could not have been more helpful. However the room was so hot that we did not sleep for the four nights we were there. The windows only open a small amount and the traffic noise was so loud that didn’t help anyway. There was a large fan in the room but that didn’t make much difference. Premier inn need to invest in some air conditioning at Didcot which would make it so much more pleasant for everyone.
