My message to the ownership group..
I would like to express my concerns about your property I have experienced during my stay. Beginning with your unusual check-in policy that is not stated on third party web sites. It is disingenuous at best as was agreed by Hotels.com who offered to relocate my family. Only for the fact that my extended family had rental several other units were we obliged to stay but a 7 pm check less than acceptable when considering the reasoning was a thorough COVID-19 conforming cleaning process (more on that to come). When we did check in and got to our rental the entire condo smelled of urine. Since it was late and we have two small children we were forced to get them to bed. The next day we open the doors to air out the rental but following the event we were in town for, were greeted again by the same smell. Our concerns were confirmed by maintenance personnel who came on our second evening to provide a bottle of cleaning solution. He like us could not determine the location because the smell is overwhelming throughout the rental. He said we should coordinate with the desk to have house cleaning come again though our concern there was we had waited all day the first day for them to get it ready and overlooked the stench the first time. Additionally, no cable remotes were provide just T.V. and what we assume are broken DVD players. Again the desk and the night person who provided the solution stated that, that was a maintenance function that is coordinated prior to check in. Obviously something was a miss since none of these remotes were located and the living television remote was found in the couch as part of our search. Needless to say this has been one of the absolute worst experiences my family has had and I fully intend on filing my concerns we all appropriate bodies to ensure this doesn't happen to others.

EVERYTHING about this condo was perfect--view, cleanliness, helpful staff. I was VERY scared after reading several reviews, but I think it really matters who you rent through. We rented 1304 Grandview through Southern Vacation Rentals. The parking in NOT that bad as some reviews stated. You have to cross a street, but most cars stopped for us and it wasn't the death trap people commented about. The elevators were fast and we always had one waiting for us. There was always a maintenance person on site, even though we didn't need one. EVERYTHING worked in our condo and was EXACTLY as pictured. We got in earlier that expected and they let us in since the room had already been cleaned. Pool is small, but clean and never crowded. View is spectacular. We will be renting same place again next year!!
Worst Place Ever

Our air conditioner was broken two of the three days we were there. The front door did not shut. There was a huge hole in the screen door to the balcony that toddlers could easily crawl through. Our gate code to the beach rarely worked, the door leading to the pool was broken, the elevators were inconsistently working, the gas grills did not work, and there were roaches in the kitchen. Everything was nasty, so many things were broken in the condo. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible, terrible experience here!! Please do not book at this condominium resort! If we could give this 0 stars we would! A lot of our bad experiences with this location mostly had to do with the owner of the specific condo that we stayed in, but the resort itself definitely did not make up for any of the complaints that we had about the room. I don't even know where to begin with all of the issues that this resort entails, but I guess I can start with before we even got there! After booking a condo at this resort and just days before arriving we received a call stating that we had cancelled our booking and that we would have to still pay a fee for the room, which was ridiculous as no one had cancelled the reservation and it took a stern talking to in order to make people realize that they themselves actually made a mistake on their end. Now, the day before arriving, we get a message saying that we can arrive to the unit as early as possible on the day of arrival instead of having to wait until the usual 4 pm check-in time that most places have set, so we took them up on the offer and decided to arrive a couple of hours earlier to get a head start on our vacation! We arrive at the resort at around 2 pm and find that the parking is small, confusing, and quite inconvenient. Nonetheless, we park and find no entry way into the actual resort! There is a code that is required to go through the front doors, which would have been fine if we were provided with such information. We had to just slip by some people in order to get into the lobby, which had no front desk, which meant no staff to help you with any issues that you might have. We finally stumbled upon the HOA offices of the resort, which had a man who was a bit snarky that was able to somewhat help us in our dilemma. He charged us $25 for a second "orange lot" parking pass as our room was supposed to come with one "blue/green lot" pass and we had two cars, which tends to be the norm with many places. As we get back to the cars we see a tow truck ripping through the parking lot and backing right up into a truck parked momentarily right next to ours that still had passengers! The woman in the truck was startled and we had to notify the tow truck that their was still a person in the vehicle, which he then stated that he did not care and that the lot was only for blue/ green passes, which it was very hard to distinguish which lot was which! We then try to go up to our room at around 2 pm still and find that we were not able to access the room yet despite the fact that the owner told us to come anytime! We decide to go to lunch and come back by around 4 pm and low and behold the room was still not ready even at the usual check-in time! The cleaners answered the door stating that they got a “late start” in the day and that it would be another 30-45 mins until the room was ready. We go back at precisely 30 mins, the room is still not ready, 45 mins comes and the room is STILL not ready. We weren't able to get into our room until 5 pm! Not only were we not able to access the room early like the owner promised, but we weren't able to get in until a full hour later than the normal check-in time! As soon as we were able to get into the room we were sorely disappointed with the place! It reeked of mold/mildew and smoke, which was a huge no-no at this particular resort, which we supported, but it was quite ironic to walk into a room that smelt of cigarette smoke in a resort that paid you $50 if you were able to catch a smoker on site! One of the members of our group couldn't even breathe because of the air, so we had to open all doors in order to air the place out! The sight of the area was less to be desired as well. The furnishing was terrible. Couches and bedding covered in stains, gritty floors, smelly carpets, dirty fridge, the microwave didn't function properly, the lights in one room would not work at all, bathroom door handle and closet door were broken, one of the toilets didn't flush properly, and a tile on the bathroom floor was coming up. We didn’t even want to eat from the dishes due to the whole uncleanliness of everything. Also, the room never came with a blue/ green parking pass. Instead, we were provided with another two orange lot passes, which you had to walk across the busy street to get to. With the terrible room we were also given terrible service. We called for help to do something about the smell of the room and were told that we would receive another call back about someone coming to help deodorize the carpets in which we never received a call back and nobody ever came up to the room. We were ready to give up on the place and tried looking for last minute options which unfortunately there were none at the time, so we had to grit our teeth and remain at this location. Other things about this resort is that it is quite small and does not have much to offer such as the lack of a gym, a small pool that was always a little too chilly because it stayed in the shade, and just one hose to wash off with when coming back from the beach. Fortunately, as awful as the room was we were still able enjoy everything PCB has to offer outside of the room and did still have a great view! This place was definitely not worth the whopping price of close to $300/night! I know this review may sound insanely petty, but I am not one to ever leave a bad review about a place, so this should give you a sign that this place truly deserves it!

View was amazing. Booked through booking.com and was given false information with that website. Booked a room boasting a king bed with two queens. Got a room with a king bed. Two doubles and a day bed. Severely disappointed. Beds are super uncomfortable. The only thing saving this room is the view of the water.
