We just came back from a 4 night stay in the Citadines in Paris. Just a great situation, and a lovely friendly hotel, with excellent service and amenities. Particularly nice was the foyer, where you could have free tea, coffee, hot chocolate at any time, and a comfortable place to chat with friends.
Very Good Apt. Hotel with Nagging Isues

I in the hotel 16 nights this August. I'm 80 year old American male from New York City, traveling solo. If in Paris again should I book my stay in this hotel? Absolutely yes!. But that doesn't mean the the place is free of major faults (according to me alone..)
The location of the Left Bank is extra perfect, on the Siene in the 6th Arrd. You are in a walking distance to the most important tourist sites in Paris; Notre Dame (closed now after the fire), Luxemburg Gardens, Pantheon, Louvre museum, Museum d'Orsay, Pompidou center , Boulevard St. Germain and many more. Two closed by Metro stations. My room has a view of the city more or less west. My room 1616 on the sixth floor has plenty of light. The black curtains help much,
The room is adequate in size. However the bad is situated very tight between two walls (see picture), without night stands. Who is genius that placed the full length mirror on one these walls?
There is flat screen TV and very comfortable working space for two people. There are one hard chair and one soft chair, and a folding one in the main closet. There is a mini "dinning table" as well. WI-FI is free. I measured the Wi-FI's speed: 6.00 mbps, looks slow but it's streamable. The closet storage is good for the solo traveler. You will find there 10 hangers, an iron and an iron board. You should ask some couples about their opinion.
The kitchen in great, almost on overkill. Fridge, micro, kettle, hot top, sink, toaster and mini dish washer! Plenty of china and utensils.
The bed is comfortable with high quality linen. However the blanket is not heavy enough. I couldn't understand to operate the climate control. Very bed for a retired computer programmer.
The bathroom is large with plenty of storage. The showerhead is adjustable. To prevent slipping in the bathtub there a great ant-slippery mat.
Please be aware that they don't supply a toilet brush, which is nothing but a sanitary felony!!!! Don't forget there is only one housekeeping a WEEK. They ask for 17 euros if you need more.
The towels feel cheap and flimsy. The toilet paper is horrible! (I can't say more).
The staff is very accommodating and friendly, however not all my requests were met. A wakeup call, extra blanket and a fatly phone - I'm still waiting. If you ask for something from the front desk, they write the request on a piece of paper. Not always there is a follow up. The hotel has no concierge, and the nice people in front desk are not trained to do this task. One time I needed to get in a harry to the Versailles Palace, just south of Paris. Instead of sending me to the Montparnasse Train Station they told me to take the RER, a trip that took over an hour and half instead of 20 minutes. Google!
Free coffee and tea in the lobby, a lot of supplies (towels etc.) are always available in a special room in the lobby, They sell a 7 euros breakfast in a shopping bag. Didn't entice me.
Good location in the center, price/quality good choice

We stayed 3 nights in the apart hotel. A parking lot is available in the basement (pay per night), friendly staff (reception desk and cleaning staff), the rooms are very clean and offer all that you need (mini kitchenette), beds are a bit hard, good pillows.
Great location and everything else

Stayed Aug 9-14 2021. This is an apartment with a kitchen, 1 BR, and pullout sofa. Good amount of space. Clean. Felt secure. Staff: professional, welcoming, very helpful. Spoke English. Location is the best: Walk out the door-- here is the Seine. Within 10 minute walk from Pont Neuf, St. Michel, and Chatelet Metro stations. Turned out we were in walking distance of restaurants we had chosen.
Would stay here again-- definitely.
Good apartment in Senna side

Our booking was transfer from Citadines Les Halles to Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Pres Paris without any notice from our booking system or hotel itself. As soon as we arrived they inform that Les Halles was closed and no transfer offered from their mistake (maybe our booking agent but it was not clear).
Property is located in Senna River in a wonderful area next to shopping and dining area. Citadines are not classic hotels more in a mix between a hotel and apartment. Despite of previous incident we did check in fast and reliable. Hotel lobby is basic but functional with amenities for water, coffee and tea. No proper breakfast available but you could order a petit dejuneur for 7 € that will handle to your room.
Apartment was clean and with good size, good bed area and full kitchen available (furniture, fridge and rest of items well kept). Maybe room seems a little bit dated but not in bad way, functional and simple but clean and sunny. Bathroom area it is ok. Our views are not to Senna River but seems ok.
Front desk people are efficient and well trained. Good for a week in Paris, closed to main attractions and not a bad choice in city centre but it is not a classic hotel therefore no cleaning service every day. We didn’t remove any star by booking incident due to maybe it is not an issue of hotel itself.
