Great choice to stay for a weekend. Clean rooms and easy check in. Staff were really helpful. Yummy breakfast. Safe location as well and easy access to everything. Only a few minutes from the metro Charles De Gaulle Etoille.

We were staying for a weekend in the Mercure wagram,
Service was good, even before we arrive, we have sent emails to the hotel, that were answered quickly and professionally.
Room was quite small, but its a French standard, so we didnt expect more.
Breakfast was good t this level of hotel, there was a good selection of hot and cold stuff, and even nespresso machine at breakfast.
location was really good, few minutes walk to arc de triomphe.
the only downside was that i wasnt offered any upgrade as an accor gold member.
Good room, bad service

Great location, nice decor in the room, could have been a great stay. But three problems with service almost turned it to a very bad experience.
The first one is the carelessness of the person who cleaned my floor. The narrow corridor was filled with stuff that was just left on the floor - unplesant to the eye, challenging if you have luggage, not very hygienic.
A second problem was when I asked for a late checkout. The attendant did not make any effort to look at the availability or to understand my needs - I had a late flight and would gladly pay a partial rate if offered. Her attitude was almost rude.
And then when I checked out, she (the same attendant) gave me the credit card machine to pay for the stay. I asked a very simple question - is it not paid for already? It was, of course, but she did not care to check. If I had not been alert, I would have to spend some time with the credit card company to cancel a redundant payment.
Quick note: in both situations the attendant was nor busy and no other clients were in the reception.
For me it is unacceptable that a Mercure hotel allows this kind of employee lack of training and lack of good will.

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend in this hotel and we were very pleased.
Hotel itself is nicely decorated throughout and rooms are pleasant. Paris notoriously has small rooms so we were already prepared for this and wasn’t an issue for us.
There’s a tea/coffee tray in the room but no breakfast tea so I’d recommend packing tea bags if you like a nice cuppa!
The location of this hotel could not be better. Right on the metro, Arc De Triomphe (clue’s in the name of hotel!) Champs Elysée etc.
Can’t comment on breakfast as we did not have it in our room rate and didn’t want to pay €19 each. But there’s plenty of places nearby to grab breakfast.
Staff on reception were friendly and welcoming.
All in all a lovely place to stay for a couple of days while exploring Paris.
Great location and property!

Had a great 3-day stay here last month. Showed up at 11am after an overnight international flight and were able to get in to the room immediately which was so wonderful! The room was small, but very nice and very clean. The bathroom was modern and the shower was great. It room was SO quiet! We never heard another guest. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The desk staff were very helpful with printing off tickets for us and answering questions. The location is VERY convenient. Only 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Elysee, the metro station, the Le-Bus (airport bus) stop, and a Big Bus stop. THere's a small grocery store a block away and many local restaurants nearby but also a McD and a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
