Great service and recommendations
Good hotel with nice and clean rooms. Excellent location both with many nice shops and restaurants and transport near by. Very helpful service in shorting out some wrong booking dates by hotels.com, and helping with great restaurant recommendations.
Amazing Staff and Hotel
Had an amazing time in this hotel, the staff are incredibly courteous and kind. The location is pretty central close to the subway stops you need, and if you want to walk around the area is really nice with lots of amazing food spots. Coming back to the staff, my interactions with them made the stay memorable felt very much like a family.
It was a wonderful stay. I enjoyed every single night. The hotel staff is amazing, they are respectful, helpful, and friendly. I was expecting the worst especially with the curfew has just ended in France but I was wrong, the hotel respects all security measures but still is a wonderful place to stay at. Definitely going back there whenever it’s possible. If the staff did a great job in this Covid-19 situation imagine what they can do in normal days.
Stayed at the Hotel for the 2nd time - location is good for where I need to be when in Paris and the Rooms are of a good standard. The hotel always sends a request and welcome to guests - use it - if you need something or want something to be there when you arrive they will if possible arrange this. I stayed in Room 11 on the first floor - great room on the inner Court Yard - quiet - next to the Stair access. If one point and minor the "House Keeping" service appear to use the Landings as "Storage" for bedding and lien carts - Hotel need to think of somewhere else - not good for access. Pointed this out to reception. Would I stay again - yes - Paid £234.00 for two nights Superior Room. Great Stay and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Just 3-Star-hotel, not 4 but good prices
First the positive points: - Friendly staff, always there to help you out with anything you may need - Perfect location, right next to the Parisian passage ways and in a lively neighborhood where you will easily find restaurants and bars. But the hotel amenities are not up to a 4-star-hotel: the spa was definitely not hot enough and with such bright lights you felt like being in a hospital. I tried to look for someone in the spa to help us out with this but no staff was there and well, I didn't want to go up to the reception in my bathrobe... so we just dropped the spa. The rooms are quite small but confy and ours was very quiet but the bathroom is too small with no shelves to put your stuff and ours was flooded with water after our first shower. Also some painting works for instance in the lift may be considered as old painting does not give a very good first impression. Cannot say anything about breakfast as we had it next door. All in all, the hotel is fine for a few nights, has a great location and offers descent prices, so I would recommend it anyway.
