I mean, what can you say about the best?

From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the opulence, grandeur and history. Then you meet the warm and helpful staff who bring everything home to make you feel welcome.
The location is insanely convenient to everything. The public spaces, as I mentioned, are gorgeous. Check out the ballroom designed for Napoleon. It is museum worthy. And the central atrium!
The hallways to the rooms are filled with art. And my room was graciously appointed with excellent AC (my first hallmark of any good stay anywhere). The linens were perfect. Loved the bathroom design and shower.
The restaurant is fantastic! Food is delicious. Great beer. And again, really fine staff.
I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I come back. Thank you all for a memorable stay!

Best and luxurious hotel in Paris. The renovation is over and done. Rooms are well appointed, cozy, clean and quiet. Toilet amenities are well chosen. Food selection for breakfast and tea time at the club lounge is well selected. Staff are so professional and friendly. My favorite room is the Opera side specially the rooms with your own balcony. If you’re in Paris for vacation or business trip, staying in Intercontinental Paris Le Grand will make your stay wonderful and memorable. Worth every euro that you’ll be paying for your stay.
Thank you to all the staff in the club lounge.
Beautiful hotel, comfortable and classy

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful, and the room was great. We stayed in the Jr Suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was bright and airy when windows were open, and the room was dark and quiet when the shades were drawn. Best of both worlds. The location was great for a couple tourists like my wife and I.
Four nights of disappointment

On the plus side:
The location of the hotel, the appearance of publicly available rooms.
Unfortunately, there are more minuses than pluses:
Let's start by contacting the hotel before arriving, I received three messages regarding the payment of the first night, because for some reason they could not use the card indicated during the booking, but they did not care what time we would arrive, whether the stay was for an important occasion, room preferences etc., nothing...
We booked a Delux Room with Opera view, arrived around 1 pm, the room was not ready, the reception was not able to give an approximate time of room availability, but tired of the journey, we waited until 3 pm, the reception was still not able to inform us how much time it still needed, so we left the city not wanting to waste any more time, around 4:15 pm the phone rang that the room was ready, after returning to the hotel it turned out that we did not receive a higher category room as a Spire Ambassador, the intervention at the reception did not give anything - no Junior Suite available on that day ...
A guaranteed upgrade does not work there, in addition, it is difficult to understand why a half-empty hotel cannot be planned so that the room is waiting for the guest?
Breakfast is the worst experience in an Intercontinental hotel in the world, long waiting, low quality of products or no such products, after the second unsuccessful attempt to order ordinary breakfast cereals for our son, we found it would be easier to buy it ourselves and from the third day we carried our own so that our child would eat anything else. cold pancakes, the size of the buffet aroused amusement not only for us, most of the guests reacted with disbelief, unfortunately what was coming from the kitchen was of little quality, the level similar to Holiday Inn Express or worse.
Beautiful refurbished building lacking organization, procedures and standards for a good 5 star hotel. Staff are polite but do nothing to change anything to improve if things go wrong very disappointing wedding anniversary stay.
On the occasion of our wedding anniversary, the hotel did not even leave a greeting card, it is just that the guests here are not important what we felt.
