Cosy , clean, very helpful breakfast assistant. Lack of privacy when sharing.

Reviewed 11 november, 2022

The breakfast assistant, Ruth, made the start of each day I stayed there bright with her smile and diligence in catering for my special diet. The hotel atmosphere was warm thanks to the cheerful receptionists. The only downer is the see through glass sliding door separating the toilet and bathroom from the rest of the room. Total lack of privacy when sharing.

Noisy, and warm hotel.

Reviewed 19 october, 2022

This hotel (Mercure) is in close proximity to Gurd de Nord, so easy to get to, but not in the most desirable area, becareful as you exit the train station lots of groups hanging about. Firstly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is on a very busy road, so if you get any room facing the road expect a sleepless night, I had a 1st floor room. The room was very hot, not air cob and couldn't have the window open due to thr raod noise. Delivery of food turned up very early which gets delivered through the front and not the side if the hotel, again more noise. Room was ok size, bed comfy amd room quite clean. Breakfast has a good choice, overall good hotel but poor location, very noisey, and very warm rooms you can't do anything about.

Ms.oceane 🌟 of the hotel

We checked out from nearby Ibis hotel and checked in early at this hotel. Check in process was fastest. Ms.oceane was so warm and welcoming she immediately gave us a room on arrival so we could quickly get ready and have breakfast to reach to our exhibition at parc des expositions. Rooms are little smaller than expected, breakfast spread needs improvement accor hotels must include some vegetarian options , here even the breads have egg. Accor has worldwide presence they can improve the breakfast spread, Mercure and ibis hotels in india have amazing speard they also take care of special breakfast requests, so we keep visiting those hotels again.

I stayed from Oct 6-7. Beware, the room was over 80 deg F; there was no airconditioning. My room was on the 1st floor facing the street, and I could not leave the window open at night due to traffic and pedestrian noise--also for safety reasons. I had a sleepless nigt (even with a fan on). Hotel profile specifes that airconditioning is available. The front desk person was very rude and unprofessional, although the manager was accommodating. Plus: proximity to Gate du Nord Eurostar and Thalys.

Very convenient for Gare Du Nord

Reviewed 1 october, 2022

A small chain hotel trying and failing to be boutique. Very small room with facilities squished behind a partly frosted partition. You need to be comfortable with being very intimate with any companion. Turn right out of the door and Eurostar is 200 metres away
