Daylight robbery! Arnaque! Aggressive!
Reviewed 22 December, 2020
Big scam! Upon arriving at the address received on the booking confirmation we found that the hotel was closed for renovation and to check in at another reception at another address. We had reserved 2 family suites for 3 adults and 5 children. The rooms given to us were not at all what was shown on the booking site - the rooms old, dirty and NOTHING to what was expected.
I could except some minor indescrepencies but hotel that we checked into was not at all what I had reserved. No mention of renovations or change of address - just one big scam. Worse part was when trying to get a refund from the reception, the person In charge wouldn’t listen to our complaints and literally pushed us out into the street in the dark and rain - including 5 crying kids who were scared and tired! The person in charge of reception made a racist remark ‘you have covid and you need to leave’ (I am of Asian origin). I have contacted booking.com for a full refund and still have had no news. I will be contacting trading standards due to fade advertising and daylight robbery if this is not resolved ASAP
Worst staff service ever

Even though it has a good location, the staff is the worst I have ever seen. They do not aim to help, they are not willing to see their guests necessities resolved - dont event try to- and all of them are bad humored.
AC dead, beds are PULL OUT SOFAS, no wifi

This is one of my all-time worst hotel experiences, and that's saying something, as I travel for business frequently.
I booked a quad room and a triple, and the quad room was OK. The triple was a regular bed and a pull-out sofa. Um, no. The wifi didn't work, the minifridge was dead and they could not provide an iron for us. I had my entire family with me, and it was in the mid-90s, so AC was completely necessary. I told them the AC was not working and they said they would send someone, but never did.
When I told them the room did not match the photos online, the rude hotel worker told me "this was not America" and I should not expect the photos to be accurate; he said they were all made up. I expect at the very least that if I book a triple room that has a double bed and a twin size bed that that is what I will get, but that's not it at all. There is no concierge and no shuttle, so don't believe those lies, either. Breakfast is OK but not great; they run out of things and don't replace them very quickly.
One night, there were very loud guests in the courtyard for quite some time and the hotel didn't do anything about it, which was very frustrating for my children, who were trying to sleep in a room without air conditioning with the windows open.
The only good thing is the location.
One or two people at the front desk were helpful but they could only do so much to overcome the terrible property. I'm seeking a partial refund from booking.com.

The hotel is close to 3 metro stations. Closest one is about 2 mins away. Lots of cafes and restaurants around. The room we got was really nice and very big for 2 people. Guests have to leave the room key at the reception when going out. Will book this hotel when we go back to Paris.
Great location and very good hotel to stay with family

Very good located, 2mins to metro, small and charmig Paris street, greate rooms to stay with kids. We visited Paris with 2 kids, this hotel offered best offer for a room to fit all of us and not to far from city center. That was very attractive price for such accomodation, Hotel is pretty interesting, especially rooms in inner yard. Not a new, but pretty clean and tou motstly will use room to sleep after long walking day ;) The only problem is that sometimes it's hard to catch receptionist to get you room key.
