SERVED COFFEE EXPIRED 30JUNE2020
I stayed on 6/7July, and booked by Accor loyalty Platinum member benefit service. The executive room was upgrade, room number 1229 sea view excellent, but so Noisy at night time (maybe engine/Machinery from kitchen outlet near pool side). After checked in, I asked hotel reception for Nespresso machine with coffee capsule in room. Hotel staff served PETRA machine with 2 BON café pack expiry date 30JUN, and I have already drank all of them, and feel something wrong with a cup of coffee. I saw expiry date 30June 2020, and complaint to hotel reception Manager with evidence (coffee packs). She said only SO SORRY for coffee EXPIRATION date 30June2020, that's it and DID NOT work/Solve the problem as well before checking out yesterday. Pullman Pattaya Hotel G served some BEVERAGE expiry to hotel guests, and all guests must double check all items before getting them, Do not trust them please.

Well, it’s quite busy as I believe it’s long weekend. The impression starting from the front office team with the great smile and warm welcoming. Bellman helped us to park the car as there was no lot available. Fast check in and full of information of hotel facilities. Nice contactless service line QR code which facilitating me in contacting the staff. Going to dine in the club lounge which was quite packed nonetheless staff gave us with nice service. We really enjoy the weekend here and relax from sea breeze. Will definitely come back again. Thanks everyone for making my trip counts.

Old construction wiith lots of dirt on beddings/doors/bathtub Rather spend a bit more money on something newer. Booked executive club room which comes with a club benefit. Ironically, the "Club Benefit" is not so much of what i would call a benefit. The snacks are low-cost kind with several soft drinks. The website stated that club lounge is available until 7 pm with snacks and drinks. We visited at 6.40 pm - all food were gone. Asked the staff, they insisted on "no food or drinks are available after 6.30pm". If so, why don't you just let the guest know it and delete the :7pm" from the website !!!! I'd rather spend more money on something that is worth the money ! No more Pullman - totally not recommending
Crown guest without enough resource to support
Experienced in long weekend. 1) Not enough car park 2) Busy and delay check in even in the Accor SIlver zone. 3) Club lounge was full of guests, number of staffs were not enough to provide service, Food and beverage were run out quite a while before they got re-filled.
