Looks are deceiving
We booked 2 rooms from booking.com based on reviews and the pictures rating 3.5. Swimming pool on second floor ( but forget to mention not on site but sister hotel.). Once we got there the front desk not as clean and bright as shown on picture. The elevator is small and dirty and dingy. The room is so old outdated, stuffy and the bed surely needs to be replaced. The bathroom so small that you would have to stand on or right beside the toilet seat to shower. Worst yet we were on the sixth floor and as we came back from going out (looking for something you could feel safe in staying at) we run across a big rat running around on the 6th floor. A rat and this is the first time in the 3 different visits, hotels have we seen this. We were out of there faster than a speeding bullet. The front desk staff explains casually that “well, we can’t control the rats and where they go” umm excuse me?? Even the restaurants that open at nights on the streets sprinkle something to keep those huge rats away while people enjoy there meals and this hotel can’t? They made me sign this letter for early check out and in it it say “not at any fault of the hotel”. Well that is not true. Completely the fault of the hotel. I made sure to put that on the letter before signing and have lost payment of the 2 rooms for 1 week since I am not able to get booking.com until I get back. DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL even if it was free. My rating for this hotel would be a -3.5.
Having stayed before, i always enjoy the friendliness and attention to the rooms given , friendly atmosphere and close to all amenities and shopping Mall. Would recommend to shop for the best price, try Agoda.
management very mean
i booked 4 hotels covering 6 weeks around area, this the first stop i made an error on booking i arrived a month early totally my fault,, but had no room for me to stay,, they did make a call to sister hotel and they did have a room so i went there, of course i had to pay again, after already paying via agodo for this one,, then getting in touch with Agodo to cancel booking, as a month plenty of time for them to re let the room, would have been a good will gesture to refund, even if part of it but they refused saying it wasn't there policy to issue refunds,, i go Pattaya many times a year and of course need hotels, because of this i'd never think of staying there in the future so in the long run they lose. but sad a management can be so mean,

nice and comfortable booking and staying in Thailand and many many places to visit only walking distance good hotel staff and thiland people and there culture all thiland street food nice and tested food.
Dated pictures ignorant unhelpful staff
We used this hotel as a stop off on our trip. Got to the hotel firstly noted that it was nothing like the pictures advertised went to our room wasn’t the only people using the room had to share with lots of little people of the insect type 🙊rooms are adequate but not clean. The hotel is very dirty could do with a major De Bug and sanitise. But for the money what do you expect. Speaking with ex pats this hotel is well known for all of the above. POOR wouldn’t recommend but like I said for the money it’s ok ish 🤔🤔
