Excelente amabilidad de todo el personal del Dolce Atlanta, en particular del Chofer del Shuttle (Mr. Doyle), quien me asisitió con mi equipaje y el acceso a la terminal de vuelos internacionales. Gracias!
Special group of People
My wife and I are celebrating 27 years of marriage. During this covid-19 crisis we were unsure whether we should try to go or not but decided to anyway. We chose this property due to this experiences we have had here before. But this time they out did themselves in service, hospitality, cleanliness, and quality. Because of Covid the onsite amenities were limited. The Ambassador and staff found ways to make our stay and anniversary one of the most memorable. Room service at this time was not available yet they found a way to find out what we wanted and outsourced delivery anyway. The bar was also limited and Ambassador and staff found a way to get us champagne. This extra thoughtful and heartfelt effort meant the most to us and over shadowed any idiosyncrasies that this property incurred because of Covid. I truly commend and thank the Ambassador and staff members involved for all they did for us during our stay. This is a testimony of kindness and true customer service. IHG should be proud to have these team members onboard and representing the company. Thank you all for making our stay awesome under these difficult circumstances.
Worst hotel
Old, smelly, musty in every building, not clean found traces of bugs. Never again and they will lose our company’s contract of staying. Very upset and frustrated and will he checking out after one day. I would leave immediately but arrive late 11pm... almost debated sleeping in my car.
Very nice EXCEPT...
The bathroom has a barn door which is really cute however totally useless. It provides ZERO PRIVACY. May seem trivial in the whole scheme of things, but makes for a very uncomfortable situation when you're sharing a room. Otherwise, staff is wonderful and accommodating and grounds/facility is beautiful.
Among my best visit
Of course this is not my first or last visit to Crown Plaza. But my night stay was awesome as always I checked into my room and i notice one blind missing no big deal so call to the front desk and explain to my awesome front desk associate Melissa she said she would ask maintenance did they have a extra one and they didnot she call me and told they didnt but it wasnt a big deal as long as the outside couldnt see my goodies I was ok lol well she call me back and said she felt so bad she offered me another room I said no its really ok so anyway she said drinks are on us come get the the voucher I'm like heck yeah and thank you Melissa great customer service. So forward to the next day we had an awesome encounter with lano and Dawn awesome front desk Associates I locked myself out of my room and they rescued me. Here is where things get totally interesting and made our day as we was checking out we always do a sweep of our room to make sure we left nothing behind so we are down at our car putting our bags in and this young lady says hey were you all in room 213 I said yes and she said you forgot your boots and these were expensive boots I gave her a hug and thanked her my mate gave her a tip and thank you so much but most of all thank you for your honesty her name is Leslie Stamper(supervisor)I always like to share the good. I will be returning next weekend until then🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
