I have been here 2 times already and I really love it. The hotel offers all you need to have a good time.
Is located in a great area, the view from the spa is priceless. The restaurant (Burger House) has a great kitchen and of course the staff always ready to help.

We went to use the spa only and we were not disappointed... actually it was amazing. You pay 290kc for 1.5 hour .. the facilities are clean and modern. Can’t wait to go there again before we leave.Just be aware no swimmer at all in the spa.

Recommend this hotel, amazing, with outdoor whirlpool, looking to Snezka, simply charming. Hotel clean, good breakfast, will definitely go back. Underground parking facility, which was great as outside only 3 places available.

We had booked an apartment in the hotel for 3 nights - to spend some time close to the mountains.
Check in was fine and efficient, we get all the needed information. The staff speaks English very well, but also they did an effort to speak Polish, which was well appreciated from my side. Surprisingly - for a 4-star hotel - the reception is not open 24 hour (I guess it's open until 8 PM) - if you arrive late - you may have an issue with checking-in. There's an indoor parking place assigned to each apartment - which is definitely a plus
The apartment itself was spacious, we get two rooms - one for us another one for our child. The room was clean - however it seems that the staff forgot to clean the balcony - some dirt on the floor and spiders' nets on the windows. Beds in the apartments are comfortable. Also there's a TV in each room - which is fine in case of bad weather. Room cleaning was limited on our stay - mostly focused on bathroom.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Selection of bakery very limited - e.g. if you like dark bread - forget about it. Coffee was average, warm dishes offer quite ok - at least for me. Also the service was inconsistent - one day ther were refiling the food very often - the other day there was literally no-one during 30 mins.
Summarizing - I had a mixed feelings - on one hand, the hotel is new, nice, apartments are fine. On the other hand - there are few things that I was not expecting or missing in the 4-star hotel. Would I stay there again? Perhaps yes, but I would also check some other hotels in the area before making a decision.
Newer hotel but has to work out issues.

We picked this hotel due to the "good" reviews, but there are a few things I found sub standard while staying here.
The good: location to town and size of apartments. Parking underground.
The bad: when we checked in, we handed over our passports for identification and she informed me that my visa was not valid. First off, she was looking at a visa for another country I visited years ago. But more strangely, why was she scanning my visa????? The info page should have been enough and I didn't realize that the hotel also served as customs and border control.
We paid an extra 500 Kc for the queen bed that was advertised in the room (via booking) per night. When you advertise a room as having two queen beds, I expect both of them to be made and ready. Even if we were two adults, what if we wanted to sleep in separate beds (ie if we were friends and not a couple?!). Please also refer to my photo as to the state of the bed - you can see part of the sofa cushion, so if two people were to sleep on the second bed, one would sleep directly on the sofa cushion.
Breakfast is pathetic for a hotel of this level. They charged quite a lot for what you get. Even children aged 5 are charged 80Kc. Adults are 110Kc. I'd normally expect children 6 and under to eat free.
Also be careful if you open your windows. We had spider webs outside all of ours. Please see picture.
