The staff made the trip great

When we booked the hotel said 4 star, but when we arrived we realised it was a 3 star which is very much what it is.
The staff were incredible, Eleni who works on reception was AMAZING, nothing we asked was too much! She arranged days out and planned a road trip for us, she is always friendly and always working, not sure how she does it.
Nikolas was also amazing, he dropped us to the beach and picked us up every day, he was always in a great mood 🙌🏽
However, the actual hotel could do with redecorating, the food was rubbish and they had no vegan options and the cleaner didn’t come everyday.
We also paid extra for a sea view and we couldn’t see the sea.
The location was great for walking into pefkos town but the beach was a 18 minute walk, so we were dependent on Nikolas, which meant we couldn’t at Y later than 4pm.
If it wasn’t for the amazing staff I would have given it a 2 out of 5.

Another lovely stay at Eagles Nest. Hotel is higher than usual standard. Room was clean and comfortable with sea view. Food delicious and varied. Relaxing rooftop bar. All the staff are excellent and their contribution adds greatly to making it such an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Anna and Eleni at reception were very professional and helpful and always greet you with a smile. Also a mention to the very hardworking restaurant and kitchen staff and the entertaining bar staff, Armando and Mike. Definitely value for money and will return to Eagles Nest.
Fantastic Eagles Nest Hotel

The hotel staff made our holiday to Rhodes a fantastic experience. The food was amazing and staff were always available to supply us with needed drinks. Perfect location due to being close to Pefkos and far enough away not to be disturbed when sleeping. Regular transfers to Pefkos beach which should utilised on your visit. The facilities were excellent.
Thank you again to everyone at Eagles Nest Hotel!!!
A nice 3 star with friendly staff

Nice 3 star quality hotel which is only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Pefkos. We went All Inclusive due to the price and although we didn’t eat in the restaurant more than a couple of times (limited choice as you’d expect in a smallish hotel), the drinks were excellent and included cocktails. All of the staff were lovely, notably Anna on reception who helped us move rooms. The sea view junior suites on the GF had only sea glimpses and too many ants on the patio for my liking. Moved to the third floor and traded for a slightly smaller room which had a better view and was any free. Excellent Air Con and powerful showers. I’d happily return based on the price we paid.

Hotel position it is ok. About 15 min to the Lee beach.Personal ok, cleaning every second day.
- hotel far from city about 1 hour and 30 min to Rhodes town
- food almost terrible ( rise not boiled enough, burned sauseges), a lot of dill and other green stuf in food, unsolted.
- almost same menu everyday
- ants visiting in the hotels restaurant. After a week staying in the hotel we got ants in the room.
Good things :
