Hotel moderno e impersonal. Lo único salvarle del hotel es la piscina. La cena que pedimos no estaba nada sabrosa y el desayuno tampoco. El personal es atento pero carece de conocimientos de inglés.
moderno, sin grandes pretensiones pero muy bien para el precio, es un 4* no 5*

vinimos rebotados a este hotel de otro horrible, es moderno en mitad de la carretera y zona industrial, no hay nada que hacer alredeor, el hotel es moderno, con decoracion minimalista, la habitacion es agradable, con una baño muy bonito y una cama muy comoda, solo tiene TV de tailandia, no canales internacionales, la piscina es muy agradable, la cena fue buena pero el desayuno bastante escaso, el personal es genial. mosquitos en la piscina

Very strange hotel. We are travelling between Chiang Rai and Bangkok and needed a stop-over and the Zense looked good.
This is a typical local low rise concrete small condo building, splashed with some paint to look like a boutique hotel. It's located on a nondescript main access road next to a global house diy shop so the location is good for transit but there is nothing around the hotel.
Upon entering the hotel the check in desk had a customer but a friendly member of staff invited us to view the pool and bar area unil check in was free. Khun Chip then took us to the bar where we relaxed by the pool with drinks. He spoke excellent English and gave us some amazing local recommendations of places to visit. This was by far the warmest welcome we have had in a hotel in Thailand.
I left my wife at the bar to check in and this is when i encountered the 'other side' of customer service. I had prepaid so check in should be easy but 'this is Thailand'. The rude, unfriendly, unhelpful lady on the front desk gave me a room card and pointed at the elevator. I asked for a second card (we are 2 guests not 1). I was bluntly told no! No explanation, no sorry, just no.
Simple. I put our bags in the room and returned to meet my wife. We then returned to the front desk where the lady was now joined by a manager and repeated my request. 'Yes you can 500 baht deposit for plastic room card'.
Just rude and unfriendly. Staff like this ruin hotels. Staff like Khun Chip make hotels amazing places to stay. To the owner, if you want positive reviews and repeat customers, make sure your check in staff are polite and understand they only have jobs because customers choose to book....

We booked the hotel mainly because of the jacuzzi in the bathroom. A bit disappointed though, the jacuzzi in our room was the size of a standard bath only. Room was not too clean, we got the maid to do some work (she should have done before our arrival, like cleaning the glass table or to remove the drinking glass ashtray from the previous guest on the balcony). Many marke on walls, there seems little maintenance done. Breakfast was medicre, breakfast room too, we decided to sit next to the pool, very pleasant. Overall? Not worth it for the price they charge!

I went there with my boyfriend for two nights and we had a great stay, liked the pool especially. The room was fine, we picked this hotel because of the in-room jacuzzi tub. Overall, I would come back here again if I get a change to visit Pitsanulok.
