Never disappoints
Clean hotel with good customer service. They have adapted to Covid restrictions favorably. It is far enough off the highway to be nice and quiet. Simple pool with nice seating area for relaxing. Located close to restaurants and shopping makes this convenient place to stay.
Great Stay
I stayed at the hotel with my kids for a fun, quick getaway. We enjoyed the pool and there were many restaurants nearby for dinner. The hotel property and room were clean. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
Pleasant accommodation
This is a new Courtyard design facility located near Norterra area in Norther Phoenix. Used to come to this shopping area when I used to live in the area. I got a free upgrade as a lifetime Platinum/Titanium elite member and was given a two-room suite with a bar. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I would definitely come back.
Phoenix trip
Everyone at this Residence Inn shines.They were very attentive, engaged in their work, smiling, and wanted to make our stay there a great experience! The rooms were nice, clean, and it was a great experience.
Not impressed
I stayed at this hotel for three nights for business reasons and I would rate it just as average when compared to other Courtyard hotels visited in the past and considering the price paid (more than 200 $/night including taxes). The pros: clean room, comfortable bed, big TV screen with internet connection The cons: - poor restaurant/breakfast service (limited choice, average food quality, slow service in the morning, spoiled breakfast room). Expect to take your car and drive at least one mile to reach the nearest restaurants if you want to have dinner outside - poor wifi in the room: free connection service was barely enough for internet browsing, no way to use my VPN to read work email and upload even small attachments. Once subscribed to the free service, it seems that the Premium service access page is no longer reachable.
