Good location
This hotel had only been open a couple of months and it was exceptionally clean. All but one of the staff were really friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful . One of the ladies on the front desk needs to change her job, pronto, before she puts guests off! The lady servicing the breakfast area was really cheery and chatty, a lovely lady. On a particularly rainy day we had the ‘do not disturb’ Sign on our door until 1230. We left the hotel and returned at 6pm and our room had not been serviced. The lady on the front desk said that we should have requested the room to be serviced!! When we left our room at 1230 the service cart was right outside our room!! We had a problem with the safe in our room and it turned out the tab hadn’t been removed to allow power to the unit! The maintenance man was helpful although he wasn’t able to stop the room phone from flashing red all the time we were there. There wasn’t a message which is what we thought the light meant. The bed was very comfy.
Family getaway
This place was AMAZING! Friendly staff, clean and great rooms and awesome breakfast. It may be a little more than the hotels around it but don’t be fooled - you get what you pay for. Safe and clean and friendly.
Arizona National Stock Show Trip
We got to this hotel at 1:00 in the morning after having a problem with our reservation at another Holiday Inn. The man at the front desk was very welcoming and went out of his way to get us in and help us find a place to get food at that hour. We got to the hotel very late every night and he would greet us with a warm welcome and offer to help us with whatever we may need. The room was clean, beds were excellent, and there are plenty of restaurants and a nearby convenience store.
