Everything was Impressing, the 110 old palace surrounded by 300 years old trees. Great kitchen using ingredientes from the surrounding and high level hotel. Best service ever since the first moment. Many thanks

ALICE IN WONDERLAND

I have read most of the comments and I agree with many. Without doubt it is unique in its proximity to Santiago, and once you drive down the tree lined approach you do feel a thousand miles away from reality.
The new build “residencia” is a stunning example of wood and concrete that blend together effortless. The whole place is light and airy with spacious bathrooms and bedrooms with private terraces overlooking the handsome gardens. Excellent housekeeping and great beds and toiletries. My only suggestions would be some furniture on the terraces and a bit of decoration as the rooms feel a bit like a wooden steam room and stark.
Sadly only enjoyed breakfast which had a great selection of things to graze on. Staff very charming but need direction as it was a bit disjointed, and let’s be honest tea served in a Nespresso cup is a no no. It would also be nice is some if the garden terrace tables were set-up as well to take advantage of the views in the summer.
Without doubt the gardens are beautifully tranquil and a joy to explore. The restoration of the palace to its true French Gothic beauty is truly impression. My only suggestion would be to use the lovely raised borgainvillia terrace for a glass of something when times permit.
The palace is reserved for top end executive retreat conferences and furnished with designer furniture. Sadly the interiors have been stripped of any of the original features and appears to be closed off when not in use.
Trying to balance a week day conference venue with a weekend leisure market is not easy to achieve and they should invest in at least a pool if they are to achieve this. Without doubt a large investment has been made and it shows. Pirque has so much potential and they do host various cultural events which I applaud. Wouldn’t a mad hatter’s tea party be fun. It oozes quality but just wants a bit of personality.
A castle on the grounds

Serene sanctuary in the Pirque wine region, a great place to rest your mind, body and soul. Quiet and relaxing in the country side with beautiful grounds away from the city.
Modern with large spacious rooms where you don't feel like you are going to trip over your luggage. Comfortable beds, sitting area, all rooms face the magnificent gardens, free WIFI, no TV, safety deposit box (not all of them work). During the summer months can be warm during the day but cool at night, interesting thing is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Lucky for us it wasn't that warm yet so we just opened the windows.
Great restaurant with delicious food made with organic ingredients and wine. Beautiful grounds to walk around and have a picnic, there's even a castle on the grounds. Thru the years this seismic region has seen the castle be destroyed to different degrees and be rebuilt with it's original French architecture. It is an illusion, French architecture on the outside but the inside is completely modern and new, used for company retreats during the week. It even has a club on the bottom floor complete with a small bar, dancefloor and DJ turntables. The best of both worlds yet a little confusing but very functional and fun.
No swimming pool or spa or nail salon here. This place is geared towards slowing down and living in the moment. Had a large family gathering here and we all got a chance to bond, celebrate and reconnect. Locals and tourists can take advantage of a weekend getaway at this calming hideaway and recalibrate your mind and senses.
