Top Notch Experience

Reviewed 16 june, 2022

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Residence Inn in Plymouth. I was traveling for business, however my husband and 2 dogs tagged along for 4 nights. I called prior and they were sure to put us in a first level room next to the doors so for easy access outside for the dogs. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The shower had excellent water pressure. My husband was working from the hotel room all week and he was able to connect to the Wi-Fi with no issues. There is ample parking on site. The Caribou Coffee right in the parking lot was convenient and got my business also! We’ve stayed at other dog friendly hotels and this was by far the best experience. They were accommodating and the pet fee was extremely reasonable. I don’t think my fit babies wanted to leave, as they made themselves at home here. Highly recommend this hotel for business, couples, family, and any other trip. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

Nice Hotel

Clean hotel. Nice. Enjoyed the space and kitchen facilities. Quite a few of us stayed here, in town for a wedding celebration. The location is not hard to get to and there is a nice shopping area not too far away, but there is not much in walking distance and the area is quite busy. Pleasant staff. One could hear the people next door.

Another Great Stay

This is our second time staying here. We like it as it is pet friendly, has a pool, breakfast and free parking. Checking in with fine and the gal was great! Every time the front desk saw our dog Sophie, they petted her and gave her a treat! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the Cities!

Eight day stay

We wanted a centrally located place to stay for a week that also had enough room to feel comfortable. Got a one bedroom suite and it was clean and served our needs exactly. Easy to park, was able to check in early, had laundry services, breakfast every morning and the kitchenette was plenty large. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The only complaint would be we could hear the people above us walking around, a bit annoying at night. Close to many restaurants and Lake Minnetonka within 20”. We would stay here again, they made it cozy. Although, due to COVID we did not have daily housekeeping. We were able to exchange towels any time.

Almost Home

Reviewed 22 february, 2021

My son and myself ended up choosing Residence Inn in Plymouth over Valentines because the location was very close to where my son had an early morning hockey practice(7:00am). From check in to check out the stay was amazing even during COVID-19. We were able to do an early check in and was able to choose from a couple different room locations. We opted for a 3rd floor because we wanted more of a view but also close to the stairs that led to the pool. The pool was a little chilly albeit happy to be able to swim. The hotel provides plenty of towels for pool use and were just as nice as the ones located in the room. The exercise room was right off of the pool area and had cardio machines, free weights and plenty to do, even a water machine. The breakfast even though it was considered a grab and go breakfast had plenty to choose from even some nut-free options. Bagels, english muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruits. It would of been nice to have paper bags to put your items in instead of styrofoam plates but we made it work. We opted for the room fee that gave us an extra $15 a day to utilize in their sundry shop which had almost anything you could want, plenty of snacks, candy, ice-cream treats and frozen dinners without being too over priced. Again a bag to fill up our goodies would have been appreciated albeit we brought our own and was able to fill up a small gift bag both days of our stay. Our room was exceptionally clean, we had the 1 bedroom studio room. I brought my son's Xbox and we were even able to hook it up to the room internet so we could connect to his gamepass and xboxlive. We just had to call the front desk and they gave us the phone number to their internet provider. Less than a 2 minutes conversation with the internet provider and we were connected and ready to go. We had everything we needed a kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was a can opener that would have been nice. Upon check out the woman at the front desk had a prize basket that my son was able to choose a small item from. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the hotel to any one.
