Dropped here by taxi from airport who said it was good. Tried to stay here but wasn’t able as my payment card was declined twice. On my return home I found I had still been charged despite staying somewhere else instead.
Affordable, good location

Pros - cheap, good location (walking distance to restaurants and buses that take you to iguazu falls) Cons - really basic hotel, lots of mosquitoes, patchy wifi Tips - being your own food to iguazu falls, the food options in the falls are really expensive/bland/takes a long time to come out.
Damp, unfinished, expensive, avoid

This place is nowhere near ready to accept guests. It's a building site, there is no sound proofing so you hear everything from both your neighbours and outside. There was damp all through the room and the bathroom area wouldn't have looked out of place in a prison with bare concrete throughout. Our bed was fairly comfy and huge but again, the mattress felt damp. The pillows were lumpy. The shower was at least hot and powerful. The breakfast was adequate but the water had and in it, flies all over the fruit, and lackluster staff. The most galling thing was the price, almost thirty pounds for a night (533 ARS). There are plenty of cheaper and better options in the town. There's a hostel right next door and we moved to Angiru Oga the next day for half the price and much better quality. With a year's work this could be much better. As it is, I'd stay away.
Basic but Friendly

We stayed here in November 2015. The place itself is basic but it doesn't pretend to be otherwise. Our room was OK, fairly new although finishes weren't great such as doors and skirting boards had big gaps which allowed all manners of creepy crawlies in. One other bugbear (pardon the pun) was that the breakfast was left unattended and uncovered and we often found the sweet stuff swarmed with flies. The main lady on the desk (can't remember her name but she works mornings and early afternoons) was really helpful and kind. Please note that this place only takes cash.

Good accommodation for 3-4 people, warm, with hammock, hot water, air conditioning. Also variable and tasty breakfast. If you need to stay longer (eg. waiting for your bus) there is no problem. Strongly recommended.
