Average but well-located hotel

Reviewed 11 january, 2018

Yes: - the situation, in a quiet, safe and convenient area in Moinhos de Vento - the super nice, helpful staff (except for a very rude person) with a generally good level of English. - the quick access to the nice bar/café next door No: - basic, worn-out rooms with few amenities, broken elements - lack of space to work or sit: the reception is basically a small square with view on the garage - there’s no place or seats to use to work outside the room - internet not very stable and fast. Difficult to use at times - gets noisy since - like often in Brazil- phonic isolation is far from optimal. If you’re on a tight budget this’ll be fine, it has the features you need and it’s clean. Don’t expect anything else!

good location, rooms OK, but poor admin

Great location. Rooms are a little tired, but OK, however on checkout I needed a copy of my receipt which I was promised would be emailed. It never came. I have contacted the hotel by email and again no response. This is not acceptable for business traveller.

Nice hotel in nice area of the city

Reviewed 1 january, 2017

A good place to stay in POA, near to the centre, shops, restaurants and the nice park. Spacy rooms, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff, clean, restaurant in basement and value for money. Will absolutely choose same hotel next time. The only wish would be to have a soft chair for reading and relaxing in the spacy room, but anyhow top rating and good value for money!

Neighborhood is very good, close to the airport, malls, bars, supermarket, everything that you need is close by. The price is good for what they offer. Installations are nice and interesting. The breakfast is diversified with all options.
