Pocas opciones en Pottstown, pero este hotel es horrible

Tipico hotel de transito, barato pero muy mala eleccion. La amabilidad de los empleados es lo unico bueno que tiene, despues el hotel esta muy feo, requiere de una modernizacion. Mucho olor feo como a pis de gato en nuestra habitacion, me daba asco caminar descalzo en la alfombra muy sucia.
Por si fuera poco, olvidé unos toiletries con aparatos bucales en la habitacion. AL dia siguiente llamé para que me lo envíen a mi domicilio, iban a preguntar a housekeeping. Nunca me devolvieron el llamado ni respondieron mis emails. Llame 3 dias seguidos y nunca más me respondieron al asunto, osea son ladrones!! No se olviden nada en el hotel porque nunca van a devolverlo. Nunca mas me hospedo con esta cadena de hoteles.

Hotel is under major construction and should be closed. There was no warning on the website regarding this hotels condition, it's terrible. We decided not to stay and they are refusing to refund our fee of $93.03. The pictures tell the whole story.
If the hotel was not bad enough, the customer service is absolutely the worst. They only care about taking your money....STAY AWAY!!!!

The rooms were filthy and there was constant construction. My wife had reserved a block of rooms here for family coming in from out of town back in October. When our family checked into the hotel, their rooms were filthy, one of the rooms didn't have running water in the bathroom, there was extremely loud construction noise and a litany of other issues. Some of the guests who didn't want to stay in a loud filthy hotel, decided to try to get their money back and stay somewhere that is more accommodating. The hotel refused to refund their money. I personally called the manager, Brian, multiple times with no response. This place is a disgrace and filthy.
BEWARE OF MICE!!

My wife and I live in the area and are in the process of moving. We needed a place to stay after our household goods got packed up. I booked and prepaid for a 2 night stay. When we arrived, we see that the hotel is being renovated. Based on what we saw the 2 nights we were there, I believe the construction crew was from out-of-town and were staying at the hotel, if not, then there were a lot of shady guests. Not surprising for a hotel in Pottstown.
We check into our room and after about an hour, I see a mouse on the desk!!! I call the front desk and am told to come down and get keys for a different room. No offer to bring the keys to me. I go down to the desk, no apology from the GM and am told to bring the old keys back. I ask if they’ve had other reports of mice, he says no, but tells me seeing mice is not uncommon during renovations!!! I guess the mice only come out if they are disturbed!! Again, he offers no apology!!!! We should have left then, but I prepaid for 2 nights on the Comfort Inn website. When we return to our room at the end of the day, our keys don’t work!!! Had to go back and deal with same GM who did apologize this time.
We heard the work crew both mornings at around 7:15 AM. Luckily we were already awake both mornings. I’m typing this at 7:40 A.M. on a Sunday and I hear work being done in the room next door. Unbelievable!!
Our room was what you’d expect from a budget motel. But a mouse is over-the-top, even for Pottstown!! The hallway carpets are terribly stained!! Hopefully they get replaced. Stay here only if you are willing to put up with the noise of the work crew and want to risk having a mouse in your room, because as I was told by the GM, mice are not uncommon during renovations!!

This hotel was awful. The hotel room was dirty and reeked of smoke. If you or your loved ones have asthma do not stay here. The sheets in my room were not changed from the last guest. I had to go down the front desk and ask for new sheets. I ended up cleaning the hotel room and changing the sheets myself because I was nervous to have maskless people enter the room. None of the staff wore masks as they wandered aimlessly around the hotel.
If you end up leaving early like we had to make sure you give 24 hours notice. They don't give a refund for leaving early due to their disgusting hotel.
