My husband and I just returned from an amazing week at Windsong Resort! Our luxurious suite was spotless/well equipped, the staff friendly and responsive to our every need; every meal we had was delicious! Waking up every day to the view from our ocean front room was just spectacular and worth every penny! I was appreciative that there was no loud music throughout the resort and the music in the bar/pool area was shut down at 10 pm. From the time we were met with a welcome beverage to our check out, our vacation at Windsong Resort was wonderful! Highly Recommend!!!

Excellent stay Will be back

Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend. It was larger than we thought., clean, and maintained well. - We stayed in the bungalow. It’s right on the beach next to national coral park. We visited in November - it was quiet and not crowded at all. However it was family friendly with plenty of room for roll away beds if needed. Breakfast overlooking the beach was incredible. The bungalow kitchen was well appointed and had everything for a comfortable stay. Warm and helpful staff made our stay lovely. We will definitely be back next time with the kiddos.

It is a lovely resort from the lush garden paths to the newly refurbished suites. The workers are so friendly and always working hard. The pools are perfect. Our favorite pool was back in the villas. It was warmer and very quiet and peaceful in a garden setting. Our suite was so well equipped with anything you could possibly need from a blender to a fast drying hair drier. We could lived it this space. The included breakfast was more than I needed to eat but not a huge selection. More like a continental breakfast. As for the beach lounges and accessibility of the beach, that could not have been better. There was someone to help you find a lounge and some shade. The snorkeling right off the beach was amazing. I'm so excited to go out again.

Fun family vacation at a warm and friendly resort on the beach

What an amazing family vacation. We splurged on a trip to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, and I spent hours researching where to stay. I chose Windsong on the Reef and it was very happy I did. The room was big and very nice with a full kitchen and had a direct view of the pool and ocean. I spent a lot of time enjoying that balcony. Every single person on staff was so friendly. The manager checked in regularly with us and took time to get to know our names. Venecia was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and providing assistance before, during and after our stay. Alecia was so great at the bar and made my girls feel so special. I'm forgetting other's names, but they all were fun, friendly and helpful. Some highlights were that the pool is on the ocean side so you can see the ocean while at the pool (one of my personal requirements in a beach resort). The food was great and the happy hour was fun. The non-motorized water equipment kept all of us busy in the ocean. One con was it was not walking distance to town. But, they provided bicycles if you could handle riding in the intense island humidity (my husband did, but not me and our kids) and you could easily get a taxi to town. It wasn't the fanciest resort on the island and didn't have all the fancy amenities of some of the other resorts, but we felt it was a more warm and cozy feeling that way. Overall, a wonderful resort where we would definitely stay again.

Another beautiful stay ...

Khalil nailed it when he greeted us with rum punch and a big 'welcome home' on check in. This was our fourth trip to the Windsong and we were generously treated to an upgrade to the penthouse for part of our stay. Anette is a gracious and welcoming host, checking in with the guests to make sure all is going well. Our stay was nothing short of phenomenal, the views, the amenities, we couldn't have been more comfortable! I especially loved waking up to see the sunrise from our bedroom and the sunset and stars from the rooftop jacuzzi. The team work so hard to ensure everyone has a fantastic stay, each year we love spotting the improvements and adjustments that elevate the Windsong further. The beach team are great fun, we went out on the Hobie Cat, enjoyed the paddle boards and snorkelled every day. The reef is in amazing shape and we saw more sea life than we've ever seen before. The only improvement we can suggest is the food offering and service at breakfast BUT worth it to eat on the dunes and enjoy the sea view. We weren't disturbed by the development works for the new building and are excited to see what that will be like. All in all, the Windsong is perfect for a relaxed, super comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island, the location on the reef is spectacular and the staff make it a wonderful place to be. We hope to be able to return again very soon xxx
