Fool me once..........

Reviewed 27 november, 2022

Where to begin....? I booked a room for three of us, but we only were provided with two wash cloths. Get another one, you say? Oh no....they were a) in the washer, or b) locked up and the desk clerk did not have the key, or c) already distributed to guests. I heard all of these answers. Then there was the room itself with its broken toilet seat, its bashed in floor lamp shade, and its broken bed lamp. Then there was the breakfast with a lack of anything hot other than waffles, a lack of milk, etc. Oh you could have toast and dry cereal, but that was it. Good grief...what a ridiculous situation, and one I will not repeat.

Never again

Bad experience. I will never stay at Ranada's or Wyndham's again. They are gross, dirty, and staff are not able to complete their jobs very well. The room needs updating and cleaned better. We didn't sleep well knowing how dirty the room was.

Great Value for Money

Stayed here two nights ago and it was great. Quiet, large, very clean room. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel is older but very well maintained. Nothing to complain about here especially for the reasonable price. You can compare hundred dollar hotels with $250 newer hotels. This is a nice place to stay.

Worst place to be in

1. Sad that customer service is zeroThere is no water even kept in the rooms . Atleast as complimentary or you could have charged me in my room invoice. The front desk suggested i get from vending machine. Since i didnt have change, when i approached them they didnt have it either. 2. In the breakfast, the juice machine doesnt work. Every time we need to call the rep. 3. There is no milk . 4. I repented for having stayed. 5. For the entire stay no one cleaned the room. 6. Bathroom is badly maintained. 7. They didnt even replenish the supplies or changed the towels.

Won’t stay here again

Reviewed 25 september, 2022

Stayed here two nights. Both mornings at 4 AM, a diesel truck decided it was time to warm up. Ok, I guess inconsideration is not the hotel’s problem, unless they failed to direct noisy visitors away from the building. This was once a nice property, but seems a little rundown now. Poorly ventilated and stuffy room, bath towels that are worn and very small, damaged wall and worn out plumbing. The last straw was no hot water on the 2nd morning I was there. That was enough, and I checked out early. Note to management- when a guest politely brings issues like this to the attention to staff, the LEAST they can do is offer an apology, but no, not even a thank you for staying at this dump. Go across the street to the Hampton or the Fairfield.
