Luxury Accommodations at a Budget Price
Reviewed 31 january, 2020
Hands down the best 4 star hotel in which I have stayed in Mexico. I had a villa room with a private stairway leading to the door (but through the garage) and a balcony (shared for all rooms). The spacious rooms were clean with windows and doors providing cross ventilation when open. The bathroom was also spacious with a waterfall shower head in the separate glass door shower area. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was more than adequate, and a bountiful breakfast was included with my standard price. I could not have been more pleased with my accommodations in Puebla. Can't wait to go back.
Space and comfort at a decent price

Hotel is located on the edge of the Centro Historico around a 15 minute walk to the Zocalo. Our room was large, spacious, clean, well-decorated and comfortably furnished, with parking space below if required. Staff were cheerful, polite and efficient. Breakfast was waiter-served with fruit, pastries, tea/coffee and a changing selection of hot dishes including chorizo, meatballs, potatoes and omelettes. The hotel has a "fresh" appearance and represents very good value for the price asked. Just behind the hotel is an area with muralled walls leading up to a park and mirador overlooking the city, which is well worth a wander!
Very Nice Hotel in Puebla

Overall I had a very nice stay at the hotel. The bell hops and front desk personnel were very courteous and professional. I was escorted to my room and given a quick run down of everything in the room and hotel services. It was all in Spanish but I understood enough. I only ate dinner at the restaurant once but the food was good. The bread and salsa that was brought out tasted very good. I did have an issue with trying to keep the flies away from my food though. If you are a light sleeper then do not get a room on the street side of the hotel. The windows are very thing and I could hear every single car drive by. I was on the 2nd floor. The room was mostly clean and one of the towels had a large red stain in the middle of it. The area can be a little sketchy at night so i don't suggest walking at night but in the day time I suggest walking to the Zocalo which is about 15-20 minutes away. Check in and check out were a breeze. I was honestly surprised at how nice this hotel was even though it was inexpensive. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again.
Excellent hotel, big clean rooms. 10min from main square

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, modern, spacious and clean. Big king bed. Tv in room with Netflix and Wi-Fi worked great. Car spot if needed. Only a 10 min walk from the main square, you literallt just cross the road and walk down the street which takes you right there, you'll also pass lots of lovely shops. I would definitely recommend this lovely spot rather than pay a lot to be in the main square. Nice and quiet and fantastic value for money.
A central location but with a bit of quiet

Enjoyed walking from here. The city can really drain you and this is a nice retreat. The breakfast is probably good if you like mexican breakfast. Staff are helpful. Rooms are clean and the showers are hot. This makes for a good hotel.
