We had two nights whilst touring Patagonia and loved every moment of our stay. The location overlooking the Last Hope Fjord is stunning and the building itself is very interesting, with smart modern interior décor. Staff were very welcoming and generally excellent throughout. Our room overlooking the water was extremely comfortable and cosy - although on the small side, they make great use of the space. We particularly liked the rain shower. Breakfast on both mornings was excellent, with hot options cooked to order and a plentiful buffet of a very high standard offering a good choice of everything. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening, but enjoyed our welcome drinks of a Calafate Sour in the bar upstairs. The spa area on the top floor overlooking the water and mountains was very relaxing and well appointed. We enjoyed a good amount of time here after spending our days in Torres del Paine National Park. Whilst not a budget option, we felt that we got excellent value for money from our stay here and would certainly return.
Ideal for a Stopp-Over on the way from or to Torres Del Paine
The hotel has an ideal positiion on the way north or south, right next to the water on the main road and in a walking distance to the town centre. The rooms are very nice, overlooking the sea and the reception staff is very helpfull with any informations and friendly.
Noi Indigo. Great Spot
I enjoyed my stay at Noi Indigo. Lovely breakfast, helpful staff, great location and cool rom with a great view. I would absolutely go back. There is also a nice hot tub and spa upstairs which looks out at the water, and hammocks strung up in the common space if you want somewhere nice to read a book.
Although we had not planned to stay here, we had to change our original plans due to travel restrictions in Argentina and ended up spending the night at Noi Indigo. It is a beautiful hotel, right on the water. Room was bright and spacious with a fantastic view. The most impressive thing was the warm welcome from all the staff on both reception and in the bar and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble and I can safely say they were the friendliest staff in any hotel we stayed in! We ate in the hotel and the food was fantastic. Very glad we had to take the detour and would love to come back and spend more time there.
Great location and great staff
I'm giving this hotel a 5/5 not because it's the Ritz Carlton but because it is a very nice hotel with a great location and a wonderful staff. I had 3 rooms at the hotel and 2 of the 3 were on the small side. The one thing this hotel tries to do is give everyone a view of the water and I think that's why some rooms are small. It sits across from the sound with amazing norther ward views. They have a nice restaurant/bar attached to the hotel. this is where you have breakfast each morning. Breakfast is more European style with cold cuts, pastries, cereal, eggs (runny most mornings but that could be because we were there very early, they probably firm up as they sit in the warmer) bacon and breads. It was more than adequate. There is great hot water and water pressure. The spa on the top floor is nice and has fantastic views. it is not manned; if you need a massage you order one at the front desk. The location is right at the edge of town and everything is within walking distance. The staff is amazing, especially Angela. She speaks perfect English and was super helpful to us. Carlos was also great when we needed help booking flights under duress (we were in PN when the government announced all foreigners had to leave). Overall, very good value for the money.
