This hotel has had a lot of negative reviews. Fair enough it i a bit tired-looking in places, but it is perfectly adequate, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. And the location is pretty good too,.
would not go there again! bad!

bad hotel, dirty bathroom, I asked to redo the room but they didn't put the same dirty sheets back; they didn't clean the bathroom, they didn't sweep the floor! I stayed 5 days, but couldn't wait to leave! I stayed with spiders, insects and a cat who always wanted to enter the room from the balcony. would never go there again! I strongly advise against it even those who are part of the reception, always rude and annoyed by our requests (such as turning off the air conditioner) except one girl who greeted us in a kind way the first time. sorry for the lexicon but I don't speak / write English well
Budget hotel, but excellent facilities and friendly extremely helpful staff.

Loved this hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The facilities were great pool areas restaurant etc. nothing was too much trouble. Free air conditioner and free WiFi Amazing value.

LEGGERE BENE È IMPORTANTE: READING WELL IS IMPORTANT (first in Italian then below in English) Soggiornato per una settimana, camera con arredamento vecchio e scandente, prima pecca il condizionatore che non avendo il telecomando in camera e essendo telecomandati da un pc alla reception quando uno vuole spegnere o accendere l’aria deve uscire di camera e andare sempre giù, quindi una cosa scadente veramente, se un cliente è freddoloso? Se un cliente per 1 ora ha caldo e vuole 17 gradi in camera? Punto numero due: acqua a bassissima pressione che per fare una doccia ci vuole circa mezz’ora se ti vuoi lavare bene. Punto numero tre: nonostante hai il cartello attaccato alla maniglia della porta di camera con scritto ^non disturbare^ e ^cambiare lenzuola^ le signore della pulizia entrano giornalmente in camera e ogni giorno cambiano tutto, allora mi domando e dico a che serve il cartello? Altro punto a sfavore è collegato a questo andiamo al punto numero 4: Avevamo una borsa di carta con dei souvenir (spesa 52 euro), siamo usciti la mattina per andare al mare e al ritorno la sera la borsa non c’era più. Ci è venuto in mente di andare a vedere le telecamere alla reception e dopo aver ben visto che siamo entrati con la busta di carta, essa in camera non c’era più, andati a sentire dal proprietario ci è stato detto che per loro la borsa poteva contenere qualsiasi cosa è che quindi non è loro responsabilità. (52 euro buttati via) per colpa di questi incompetenti. Punto numero 4: piscina coperta congelata, sembra di stare al polo nord. Punto numero 5: colazioni e pranzo non ci abbiamo nemmeno provato perché non meritano altro. SCONSIGLIATO VERAMENTE. IN ENGLISH READ CAREFULLY IS IMPORTANT: Stayed for a week, room with old and scandalous furniture, first the air conditioner has no remote control in the room and being remotely controlled by a pc at the reception when one wants to turn off or turn on the air must leave the room and always go down, so a really bad thing, if a customer is cold? What if a customer is hot for 1 hour and wants 17 degrees in the room? Point number two: very low pressure water that takes about half an hour to take a shower if you want to wash yourself well. Point number three: despite the fact that you have the sign attached to the door handle of the room that says ^ do not disturb ^ and ^ change sheets ^ the cleaning ladies come into the room every day and every day they change everything, so I wonder and say what is the sign for ? Another negative point is connected to this we go to point number 4: We had a paper bag with souvenirs (costing 52 euros), we went out in the morning to go to the beach and on our return in the evening the bag was gone. It occurred to us to go and see the cameras at the reception and after having seen that we entered with the paper bag, it was gone in the room, we went to hear from the owner we were told that for them the bag it could contain anything that is therefore not their responsibility. (52 euros thrown away) because of these incompetents. Point number 4: frozen indoor pool, it feels like being at the north pole. Point number 5: we haven't even tried breakfasts and lunches because they deserve nothing else. REALLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful. I booked our return transfer through the hotel. Rooms are big as was the bathroom. We had a balcony over looking the pool. Good breakfast. Close to the bus station for buses to the rest of the island.
