The reason we keep coming back
In 2020, we stayed at the Finest on 2 separate occasions and will soon be returning in 2021. The reason why? The amazing staff that provide excellent service as soon as you arrive and remember the little details that make your stay special. The staff at the finest club go above and beyond in particular Karla,America Mateo, y Alex. In addition their adaptation to Covid protocols and travel needs is always on point. During our last stay, we were celebrating our anniversary and had our toddler with us. Staff took note we were struggling during dinner times with our little one and offered how they could make our stay more pleasant- we ended up one night having room service from Dommo (adults only restaurant) and celebrating our anniversary in the most perfect way just the 3 of us. It’s that attention to detail that I’m forever grateful to management & Marseille for making it possible. At the beach, Omar and Luis from the Finest beach club are always attentive and helpful. 5 stars all around! If you are new parents and hesitant about taking a family vacation- Don’t be - the Finest team are family experts & the memories created here are simply the best ❤️

Great place great hospitality great food great location every need was met by staff and every one was helpful and friendly it was a great experience and so happy I chose this resort it was our first time and want to go back

Amazing place. Beautiful beach. Great pool. Service top of the line. Employees and staff treat you like family. Damian and Sean out at the beach club are excellent. They had our towels on our loungers every morning waiting for us. Hotel is very clean all covid protocols followed well. We had to get the mandatory covid test to come back and that was handled well. They organized the time and place (at resort) and the next day had our paperwork for us. Felt very safe, don’t let covid hold you back. They need our business... all the resorts do. Enjoy some time away.. you will be glad you did!

Took our 1 and 3 year on vacation here and had a great experience. Were provided a large variety of restaurants, entertainment and activities for the family. The kids club was excellent in providing entertainment for our 3 year old and our 1 year (with babysitter). Received great service all around. Omar ( on the beach) and Javier (several restaurants) were the servers that stood out the most and provided the best service.
Great trip!
We had stayed at the sister property (excellence in DR) for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. When my friend picked the finest playa mujeres for her wedding, we were very excited. The finest exceeded expectations and is a great all inclusive resort. Definitely will be returning!
