Great stay from start to the finish

Recently returned back from a 3 day stay and what can I say other than "Great & Fantastic "...... This started right from when first contact was made with the Reception staff (Stacey & Julie) to ask a few questions then to, the actual booking... right to the end when we checked out...... The attitude of "nothing was too much bother & the customer comes first" was carried right-though to all members of staff especially Bryon &all his restaurant & bar staff... We will visit again & will be recommending the hotel to all our friends... Again many thanks for a great stay
5* does not do it justice - just amazing

Wow, absolutely amazing! We've stayed in many luxury hotels and at the end of the day it comes down to the staff - 10* to the Gisborough Hall Hotel staff; every member of staff we came across were approachable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Highlight has to go to the chef. We requested venison (which wasn't on the menu) - the chef ordered it in especially for us and went on to produce an amazing venison main course - absolutely amazing and definitely above and beyond. The overall 3 night stay was amazing (the hotel and rooms are lovely), but the overall experience made more so by the staff - THANK YOU we appreciate it and will definitely return!

Just a wonderful three nights to see in the New Year. Fantastic service, food and value for money. We have visited on numerous occasions and we are always delighted to return. It is the friendliness of the service that stands out. The New Years Eve Ball was fantastic and the live band were great. Thank you !!!!

We love this hotel and thought it would be lovely to celebrate New Years Ever here, stayed for two nights in the magnificent Fountains Suite. Restaurant is amazing as always and staff were wonderful and so friendly. New Years Eve meal was fantastic and served with speed and care, so well organised. The covid rules are very comprehensive and temperatures taken on entry. The only downside is the number of guests that do not wear masks moving round the hotel and indeed on New Years Eve very few guests wore masks when not at the table. All the staff wore masks all the time and it is a shame there was no one with authority to insist masks are worn it would not be fair for waiters etc to do this. Sorry too an a bit it’s a wonderful hotel and we will be back soon.
