Nice overall atmosphere, small room

We enjoyed our stay here. Most of the staff is really friendly, some are more quite and don't say that much, even a "good morning" i.e. seemed too much. And isn't the place overstaffed? They don't seem to do very much, sorry..... The house looks warm and welcoming. But the room we had was small and the bed not really comfortable. Breakfast needed to be ordered the day before, so not a buffet style breakfast. On one hand that's fine, but on the other hand it takes away of spontaneous actions in the time you wanna eat or what you wanna eat. For more than $ 250 a night daily cleaning isn't too much to ask, is it? But also that was something you needed to ask for. And even when we did, after a day at the beach our room wasn't cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our stay although we've had a couple of critical notes.
Wonderful part of our vacation

Just stayed 3 nights at the Rehoboth Guesthouse. The home is visually appealing from first glance of the wrap-around porch. The staff are helpful and friendly and the home itself is charming. The lush outdoor gardens and multiple deck and porch sitting areas add to the charm of the inn. The beach is literally a block away with the main strip - Rehoboth Avenue being two blocks away; the location is superb. We stayed in the king suite with sitting area and used the room as an oasis to recharge after days on the beach. I highly recommend.
Comfortable and Cody stay 🏳️🌈

Tom runs a very cozy and well appointed B and B. I wanted a gay owned and operated B and B and the Rehoboth Guest House is the perfect fit for me. Clean and cozy room and I loved the breakfast. The common areas are large and comfortable. Enjoyed the backyard and outdoor showers. A big thumbs up !

Just came back from an overnight stay to celebrate a belated birthday. It was our first time staying here but not our first time in Rehoboth Beach. We would like to start out by saying thanks to Tom for his welcoming hospitality. The inn is furnished nicely. We had a very nice cozy clean room with comfortable bed. Really appreciated in how they handle covid by providing sanitizer and other products to keep you safe. Nice to know they go out of their way to protect their guests. They even provide a free way to sanitize your cell phone. We had a very nice quiet hot breakfast in which you fill out a form upon check in which you provide them with choices that you make including which time you prefer. Restaurants, shops, and beach only a few steps away. Would not hesitate to stay here again when returning to Rehoboth. Thanks! Sandy & Howard East Norriton PA.

I have been coming to Rehoboth Guest House since before the renovation (I feel old now). Every time I come to this place, there is a sense of calm and familiarity that greets me as soon as I enter. I usually try to come in the off-season, either April or October for a few nights during the week. The guest house is centrally located within Rehoboth proper, only about 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk/beach. I always park my car and just stay within the confines of Rehoboth for these few days, walking everywhere and tasting the local cuisine. The breakfast (as of April 2021) is no longer the buffet style help yourself, but made to order with a sheet ahead of time. I did not mind this at all. Tom, the innkeeper, is always so welcoming and I feel like I have gotten to know him over the years. Rehoboth Beach just gives you this sense of comfort and familiarity when you have conversations with all the locals, whether it is Tom at the Guest House, Lori at the sandwich shop, or the man who owns the ice cream parlor. I will return over and over again. Maybe next time I will bring a special someone! Thanks for having such a comfortable and familiar setting for this guy to return to every year.
