Agradeable hotel a la orilla del Rin
Justo en el puente que cruza el rio Rin en Rheinfelden hacia alemania se encuentra este pequeño pero agradable hotel, tiene un restaurante con terraza que da al Ri donde la comida y el servicio son realmente buenos, para negocios o un escape de fin de semana cerca de basil es muy recomendable, el pueblito tipo medieval es pequeño, muy bien cuidado y agradable
Fabulous View of Rhine river
Hotel room were nice and clean. Mini bar, cable TV and comfortable bed available with a spacious wash room. The river view was fabulous. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help. Accessibility through public transportation is easier(~500m from the railway station "Rheinfelden".
Clean, quiet, easy in and out
This hotel is well located in the old town center next to the Rhein. I arrived after 21hr and there was no problem checking in. The rooms have carpet floors and single beds. It is comfortable and quiet even though my room gave onto the street, it is pedestrian street. The bathroom is a little small with the door opening onto the toilet and almost touching the seat brim. Otherwise just note to take your shampoo. The hotel has a restaurant and the breakfast buffet was of quality and fresh.
River view
Stayed here 2 nights for a business meeting. The hotel sits along the river and it seemed all the rooms were on the river side. Mine was, 118. It was also at the end of the hall and internet was weak but it was a big room with 2 sinks and plenty of hot water. There is a restaurant as part of the hotel which serves breakfast and you can get that as part of your package. I generally do that because it’s so convenient but this breakfast was a little light for German/Swiss standards. No scrambled eggs for example. All in all a good stay and I’d go back due to proximity to Rheinfelden, the old bridge, and close to the train station.
Top Location!
Had lunch on a wonderful summer day. The location is just awesome. There is a lunch-menu and à la carte service available. We choose the daily specials and were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the service efficient and friendly and the prices fair enough. Good place to start or end your excursion to Rheinfelden.
