Gross, Terrible, DONT STAY HERE

Cold room, turned heat on but then it would not turn off, edges of mattress so hard it hurt to sit on or get in and out, big dip in center of bed about 4” diff from middle to edges, no fitted sheet, 2 double flat sheets for KINGSIZE BED, 1 very small blanket and top cover, only 2 pillows, large bug in sink with antennas, pre scheduled cab did not arrive and drivers do not know room numbers as front desk says they will ask but they know nothing of that

Rooms are not clean and they smell. Was scary to remove shoes. beds are the worst i have seen in a hotel. Pillows as well. Was thankful to only be stay one night. We book when they were offering a sale and when we went to check out they would not honor the sale price.

Atrocious and Misleading - NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE

Advertised having an airport shuttle. No longer has one "due COVID" but all others nearby do. Won't reimburse cab ride. Room had faulty lamps, key cards. Breakfast In a Bag was bad comedy. Just DON'T.

Hotel takes $300 for a night then gives away accessible room

Like many before me I’d give it a zero if I could. With barely an apology they did not honour a booked and paid for wheelchair accessible room (I’m a paraplegic) that was booked months in advance at 3 times the price for a 3 star hotel anywhere else. We arrive late after a long day of flights and delays only to be given a standard room that you can barely turn your wheelchair in without hitting the furniture and a non-accessible bathroom. I go to the front desk and they have no idea what I’m talking about let alone offer an apology. “The hotel is completely booked out so what do you expect me to do” I even rang the day before to confirm the room! This is next level bad service at extortion rates. Result: After traveling for around 20 hours I get to sleep in a room and not get to take a shower. Wow! This establishment should be ashamed of itself . Avoid at all costs if you have a disability and enjoy actually having a shower in a hotel you paid $300 for. Thank Thor I didn’t book more than one night. It’s a $300 per night roach motel with zero customer service. AVOID!

A dump and front desk were rude! Warning, read the fine print! When we arrived, barely having a word out of our mouths, we were promptly and rudely told that check in isn’t until 3. We were then told the room was smoking which was a shock as we didn’t think smoking rooms existed any more. Apparently it is what we mistakenly selected when we booked. We asked for a non smoking room and we were told they didn’t have any. We then went to see our room and no only did it stink, it was a dump. We physically could not have slept in that smell and no amount of spray was going to fix it! As we had prepaid, the hotel refused to refund us. Given that they were apparently fully booked, it hardly seemed that a refund would have been a hardship and they likely re-rented the room we paid for after we left and got a room elsewhere. We had booked through Expedia, who tried unsuccessfully to get a refund for us. Lesson learned on our part but this hotel and their chain will never see our business again ever. We will be sure to share our experience with all of our friends and families. Hugely disappointed in their lack of client service.
