Our room was very clean and the room was updated and airy. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and extremely clean. It seemed recently updated. The staff was welcoming the complimentary breakfast had a really nice variety of food. I would recommend this hotel highly.
wear a good mask and run to your room. People in elevator not wearing masks either.

Room was nice but no bathtub and although I called down they had none available. Staff not wearing masks and most guests not either. Ridiculous during a pandemic. Parking was not explained ahead of time so you are circling and backing up trying to find a place to register.

Checked in on Aug. 20th to a top floor suite with a balcony. Room was nice, but by late night, the floor had become saturated with perhaps water (and it didn't rain that evening). Went to front desk the next morning and they moved us to another room. I even went back down after and turned in the keys to the old room.
That evening (Aug 21st) as I got out of the shower, before dressing, a couple used their keycard and came into my room. They had been assigned this room. We both were traumatized by the incident. Called the front desk, who never said "Sorry.' But, they blamed it on a staff person who didn't mark our new room 'occupied.'
The next day, I asked about the 100% Hampton Inn Guarantee, as I said my stay was less than 100%. I was ok with the water and being moved, but the 'mistake' that led to another party (we didn't and don't know) being given access to our room, well that was unacceptable. Plus, them not taking responsibility, inexcusable.
I asked to have the manager contact me and to date, they have not. The hotel and Hilton sent me 'a how was your stay' form to fill out, but stilll no one has contacted me. Later, I spoke to a woman in the lobby who said the same thing had happened to her and her husband at some point at the same hotel.

Setting up interent/wifi on your phone should be easy, but the standard way to do it generated an error message the front desk did not know how to fix. So, called Tech Support and was on hold forever, BUT before being put on hold their recording did mention a work around that we tried while on hold and got to work.
WiFi is like breathing for my kids so this could have gone bad real easy and should be addressed. Otherwise the hotel met the expectations and we had a great breakfast.
Ok hotel, expected much more for the price.

The location was the best part of the hotel. The room smells like mildew, mildew in shower, stains on couch cushions, poor water pressure, could hear people walking upstairs, uncomfortable bed, two housekeepers were arguing and crying, asked for an extra comforter for the pull out couch and was first told to come and get it from downstairs and then I was brought a comforter cover without the comforter insert.
Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
