Fantastic long weekend!

We had an amazing family vacation Labor Day weekend. Lots of activities for the adults and kids - we loved the water slides, outdoor games, bounce pillow, climbing wall and evening s’mores! The staff was all very friendly and helpful, especially getting the young kids on for the pony rides and also helping the grandparents get up and out for a lovely trail ride through the woods. And the fireworks under the stars were an awesome bonus! We’ll definitely be back…

We had a wonderful stay with our family at the ranch. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The activities were fantastic. My daughter loved the petting area with the goats and we all had fantastic horse rides. There were endless activities - from lawn games to organized games to super fun pools and a huge bouncy pillow and climbing area. There are many places to hang out so it never felt overcrowded. We were lucky enough to come over Labor Day and the fireworks were spectacular. We'll definitely return!
Great time with the family.

Kids enjoyed all the activities especially nightly s'mores!! Nice to getaway with the family. Watched my grandchildren have their first horse-riding experience. They loved the pool and of course the arcade. A good time spent with family is always the best!
Our favorite place to visit :)

Just got home from another trip to Pine Ridge Ranch. We've been coming to Pine Ridge for about 10 years now. Our favorite thing is being greeted by familiar faces upon arrival. It feels like family. From Juan and Devin in the dining room to Cesar around the hotel and Mike, Erin, and Faith in the barn. We love catching up with them!
This year we stayed in one of the beautifully newly renovated rooms. It was complete with Western decor and rustic wooden flooring and beams - a full farmhouse appeal.
We also enjoyed the new Italian dinner in the dining room. The pasta was delicious! My mom is a vegetarian. Juan was very accommodating and brought her alternative meals when there was not a vegetarian option on the menu.
We come to the ranch primarily for the horses. Pine Ridge has some of the best horses we've ridden. My dad and I go on every ride while my mom is less confident in her riding. Erin and Faith took extra time to find her the perfect horse. They convinced her to try Midnight and she loved him! Meanwhile, we love the advanced rides and enjoyed riding all of the new horses this year.
Outside of riding, we enjoyed the nightly entertainment- a combination of campfires, feeding the herd, magicians/jugglers, and bands. It is all family friendly and Gemini is always comical as well.
Pine Ridge is a special place and we can't wait for our next trip back!
Overpriced and poor quality

Wow, I’m shocked by all the high reviews for this place. We stayed three nights with our 5 and 7 year old. The kids had fun so we are thankful for that, but wow this place needs some work. The property is soooooo run down. The pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, the floor was brown and there were bugs floating around everywhere. The tennis/handball/basketball courts were cracked and old, our room, which we upgraded at the last minute, looked like it hadn’t been touched since 1970. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, I couldn’t get hot water when I took a shower, there was no fridge or closet. Everything felt SO OLD and worn out. The activities were OK. We enjoyed the shows at night the most. The food was nothing special, our kids lived off of nuggets and fries. It was oddly challenging to get a drink anywhere. Snacks and anything other than lemonade and ice tea all cost extra. They give you marshmallows to roast but if you want a s’more that’s also extra. The appetizers by the pool was a joke. It was a guy standing at a table with a plate of mozzarella sticks, or some sort of fried item from a wholesale supplier. Overall it’s very expensive and we didn’t feel like we got what we paid for. Would not go back to this particular place.
