Most confusing about this hotel was its name - on booking.com and google maps it is listed as Hotel Inn Paris CDG Airport, however, elsewhere as for example here on Tripadvisor, it is known as Best Western Paris CDG Airport. This is also the name on the signage for the hotel which makes finding it rather tricky. Our room (227) was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the bathroom, in particular the bath, was not clean. There was a bare minimum of toiletries - a liquid hand soap and shampoo in refillable pump containers. There was a kettle, two PAPER cups, very few tea bags and 1 milk pod (dated 21/11/21) which was clearly "off". This was willingly exchanged by reception who blamed the cleaning staff. Made us wonder how thoroughly the room was cleaned/prepared. The safe did not work and was replaced but not secured in place in any way. It could simply be picked up and carried out! The windows were flithy. The spa and fitness centre were closed apparently due to Covid. This was not stated on their website. The staff at reception were very friendly and spoke good English which was helpful.

Absolutely disgusting. You are in the twilight zone. I couldn't believe it. I got stack at cdg I wanted to lay down and take a shower but other hotels were sold out so I booked this place without looking at reviews. Taxi driver couldn't find it. It coast $20 and it was not that far. They do offer shuttle $4 person Fyi this shuttle stops at many hotels so shuttle was packed but it was on time. I guess this was former best western? Not anymore. They call it hotel in. It was run down motel that shouldn't be in business. The ladies at front desk are miserable and terrible. Nobody answer the phone so had to go downstairs to get an iron and was told I need to come down and return it right away. They had a restaurant but no way I would eat there. If you're staying there because of flights being delay make sure to eat something at Airport. I do not recommend this place for anybody.
Very bad hotel

Stayed here in June as part of a group. Rooms were not good and bathroom was also not quite clean and tidy. It seems customer service was last in their priority list. Nobody will pick up phone either at reception or housekeeping. I had to go down myself to complain about an issue but they didn't send anyone to resolve the issue. Their entire staff whether they were housekeeping or in the restaurant were very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have stayed in so many hotels all around the world but never seen such people who didn't wish anyone good morning or even gave a smile. Women working in the restaurant were quite rude and unhelpful.

This place is really dirty. The bath was disgusting with hair from previous person, stains all over the carpet, stains and hair on the bed sheets. I had to get new sheets and change the bed myself. The worktops had not been cleaned. The hotel is generally dirty. Simply terrible, don’t go!

The hotel itself has seen better days. That being said the room was big and clean. It is situated some km from the airport and thus you can reach it by bus, we took a taxi which will set you back approx 20Euros. The hotel is situated in “hotel park” at the outskirts of a little town with a couple of restaurants. Being an airport hotel which I guess mainly cater for people with an early morning flight, it seems very strange that the room has no coffee maker and/or complentary coffee in the lobby. Rate is good but will properly try to find another hotel next time in Paris, where I have an early morning flight.
