The room is quite big and really clean. There is space for up to 4 People. The price is more than reasonable. the location of the teichnersuite is simply priceless! You can reach many sightseeing spots such as the Colosseum, the spanish stairs, the vatican, Piazza Venezia, the zoo and many more within max. 30 minutes by feet. we just needed a cab to get there and back from/to the Airport. No metro, no bus, no rental car needed once you're there. For all the shopaholics among us countless shops for every Budget are located at the street in front of the door (via del Corso). Even some grocery stores for drinks or snacks are closeby. I highly recommend this place!

There are only 3 rooms in the building. If you happen to see if it’s available during your trip I advise you to reserve it soon. Pricewise, I think this is the best you can get in Rome. Most major attractions in Rome are within walking distance and it’s easy to find food or stores to shop in the area. The building is pretty old but the room is clean. There’s Nespresso coffee machine in the room but no capsules. They also provide Loccitane toiletries and good quality of towels. Everything was great until I found out how tired the bed and the pillows are. I think replacing the mattress, sofa and the pillows, especially, would bring this place to whole another level.
Lovely rooms, responsive staff and superb location!

Beautiful and large room, very clean, responsive staff and located brilliantly! All sightseeing and attraction are just minutes away. The restaurant at the main entrance was an added bonus, even especially because the food is good! Coffee and gelato just 12 steps away. Highly recommended, especially the large room if travelling with a kid! I thought it was good value for money, considering the fact that good accommodation in Rome is so expensive. Stay here!

Somehow this room in a posh district of Rome was one of the largest I had in my entire three week trip in Italy. It was like an apartment, and overlooked a charming piazza that was blessedly closed to traffic. I'm still not sure what makes an establishment qualify as a B&B. If I can save a lot of money simply by arranging a check-in time, as opposed to having a front desk there 24/7, I'll take it.
Beautiful room & great stay

We booked the largest room (family of 3, kid 11yrs). It was the perfect place for us; spacious, clean en beautifully decorated and in the middle of the city centre. Very friendly owner, checks everyday if everything is ok. Far more personal than a hotel and much mor space.
