From the moment our booking was made, we were greeted through email by Roberta. She offered local advice & assistance with anything else we may have needed, including organising transfers from the airport if required. Roberta kindly organised celebratory Prosecco for one of my rooms.
We arrived on an early morning flight & one of our rooms were ready for us. Roberta took her time checking us in, ensuring we knew our way around the city. We received a WhatsApp message with an abundance of recommendations for food & sights. Our rooms were on the 5th floor, with a terrace to relax on after a day & evening of exploring. Rooms were spacious and perfectly clean. They had a fridge stocked with complimentary refreshments, a few biscuits, a safe, air con, hairdryer and toiletries.
Location is perfect, walking distance to everything & plenty of shops, bars & restaurants on the adjoining street.
We had a late evening flight & Roberta allowed us to keep our rooms on til pick up time, which was so much appreciated, allowing us to freshen up before our flight.
I will never have to research another place to stay in Rome when we return. I would book here without hesitation.
Wonderful stay in Rome

Roberta, my host, has done everything to make me feel comfortable. No matter what question or request, she always knows the right people: whether it's a stay at the beach, making pasta or simply recommending the best restaurants in the area: she knows a solution for everything. Perfect!
Location was great, only a few minutes walk to the most important and impressive places of the city. The view of the roofs of Rome from my terrace.
Every morning my coffee was replenished (instant, sticks that woke me up in the morning), cookies and tea were also available.
I would come again and again.
There was nothing to complain about. A great time in Bella Italia.
Perfect for a long stay

We booked a double bed apartment with kitchenette and terrace. Absolutely gorgeous! But most of all, the owners are incredibly sweet and accommodating. Roberta has such a nice, fun personality that gets you excited for your stay in Rome. Despite this being a guesthouse - not a hotel - there is still regular light housekeeping, such as picking up trash and replenishing towels (which comes in handy for a long stay). The kitchenette has saved us so much money because we can go to the grocery store and cook at home, saving money for museums and shopping. The terrace is a wonderful, quiet place to start the morning and end the day with a cup of coffee. Let staff know when you’ll be arriving. They can also arrange transportation to and from hotel, and are available via WhatsApp, which is so reassuring if you don’t have an Italian phone number. Can’t wait to return to CancelleriaDieci for my next stay in Rome.
Location is perfect

We stayed 9 nights in room 301. It had a nice size bedroom with a queen bed, kitchenette and living area. The terrace was about 10 x 10 feet with a table for two. The elevator was up 12 stairs from the lobby area. The road is more like an alley with no parking, but very close to the main road. We used the bus and taxis daily. It is an easy walk to Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Campo di Flori and Vatican. There are restaurants, Gelato, pizza places & grocery stores within 2 min walks in any direction. We would stay here again.
Short break in Rome

Just the place to stay if you want to be close to the sights of Rome. We had a room with a great terrace balcony. This is a guest house so no bar or food but right next door is a restaurant EST which is excellent. For breakfast, lunch and dinner.
